Elementis Boiler Experts Arvostelua

Arrived promptly and completed the strip down service quickly.

Turned up exactly on schedule, did the job efficiently. Would use again.

Elementis came out to do a stripdown full boiler service on my central heating having done a routine annual service for the last couple of years. It was easy to book an appointment online and I was contacted to verify the make of the boiler to ensure they had the right gaskets.
They arrived on time and did the job with minimal disturbance and no mess; everything was thoroughly checked over before they left.
Always polite and friendly and take genuine pride in their work, will continue to use and recommend.

Grant attended my property to carry out annual boiler service, this is the second time he's provided this service . He arrived on time, was very professional and explained exactly what work was carried out and charged a fair price. I would happily use him again.

Grant Chaney from Elementis Boiler Experts has been looking after my boiler since 2022. I use this firm because the communication is excellent, they are quick to respond, it is easy to book online, they keep you informed about their whereabouts on the day of the booking, they complete the job quickly and efficiently, and they are very friendly. I recommend Grant and Elementis Boiler Experts because it is clear that good customer service is important to them.

We booked a boiler strip down service and it was nothing short of professional. We were regularly kept informed via email and text of our upcoming appointment and estimated arrival time. The service itself was thorough and Grant was avle to sort out an issue that previous yearly services missed to address.
Grant is professional and friendly through and through. Can't recommend them highly enough

Elementis have serviced my boiler and cylinder for a few years now. I recommend them to anybody who asks. They are efficient, good on price and reliable.

Grant took time to explain what he would need to do in the installation.
Kept us informed when he would be arriving which was a great touch.
He spotted an issue in our loft that could have been disastrous if not had been fixed, he even helped us rectify the problem.
I would recommend Grant to others to install a new boiler and complete heating solutions.
We will be using again for future services and any advice we require.
