Fab service for log burner

Steve and Phil did a great job and saved me money in the process. Very happy.

Great advice received on the type of fire we needed. A great job by a courteous and professional team.

Am very pleased with the 2 fires I have had installed. Professional, hard working, kept informed at all times and cleaned up as they went along. Will 100% recommend.

Excellent Service - Thank you.

Fabulous service. Professional and friendly when originally installing my log burner and annual follow up servicing and chimney sweeping is excellent. My log burner is left looking better than brand new and gives me peace of mind. A brilliant company to deal with.

Excellent service, reliable, professional and friendly. The fire, surround and hearth was installed and the finish was perfect. Very happy!

Fantastic service from start to finish. My fire installation was quick and pretty mess free (Phil cleaned as he worked) An absolute stunning transformation to my lounge.
Highly recommend!

Great service. Would definitely use again and recommend others

Would thoroughly recommend. Phil and the team have provided us with a beautiful wood burning stove that we love, at a great cost and superb service.

Great service by Phil as always. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

The service of two Gazco fireplaces installed by Elegant Fires and Design in our house a few years ago has always been done very efficiently and profesionally by very knowledgable and polite engeeniers. I wholeheartedly recommend Elegant Fires and Design to all considering to have fireplaces installed in their homes.

Courteous, efficient and clean service at a reasonable cost.

We are delighted with our new fireplace and stove. The standards of craftsmanship were very high throughout the installation.
The aftercare has been excellent with a full demo and clear guidance on how to get the best out of our new stove.

I found I had a dead bird in my chimney and asked Phil if he could come and remove it urgently. Phil fit me in quickly even though he was busy and it turned out to be a massive job as was blocked with old nests and 4 dead birds. Phil did an amazing job at removing everything and sweeping chimney after. He stayed until it was completed which took him much longer than expected due to size. The team was polite, friendly and tidy and did a great job. Thanks so much we will be using you again when we move house. Definitely recommend 👍🏼

From start to finish excellent service . High quality product and workmanship. Both Phil and Steve gave high standard of support and advice. Always responded to questions we may have had. First time using this company and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Would defiantly use again.

Phil Rollings and his team at Elegant Fires have done a fantastic job converting a very old fashioned fireplace into a stylish and smart log burner and hearth. It was a difficult job due to the enormous size and weight of the stone mantel but the guys worked really hard to get into place and it looks fantastic.

Efficient, friendly service. All work carried out cleanly and promptly.

Excellent service highly recommend Elegant fires
