As I think you made a mistake in your comment
Because you bought a subscription for a year, not for a month. Then the subscription did not work for you because your INTERNET service provider blocked our services.
You purchased your subscription on June 2, 2021. The next day, June 3, 2021, you paid your subscription bill and then contacted us by opening a support ticket. The intervention was made to solve the problem from 12:47 to 13:26 and was not solved. Then we contacted you via WhatsApp from 14:03 to 15:30 and did not solve the problem here, we refunded you the amount of the subscription. Our support stayed with you contacting you until June 04, 2021 to find you the solution, all solutions have failed.
If you want us to publish all the evidence that we have talked about. We are still in service.
We apologize for not resolving the issue.
