Good quality items. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the return window is only 14 days. If you buy things as Christmas gifts in November, you can't return them in January.

Such a clever variety of products. I originally just came on here to buy a garden hose nozzle, and ended up getting a beautiful set of coasters and a gift for my grandson. Very fun site to browse with a cup of coffee.

I like the items I received, but they send out way too many promotional emails after you buy something. I had to unsubscribe because my inbox was getting too cluttered.

Their customer service team is top notch. I accidentally put my old address in during checkout. I realized it an hour later, sent a panicked email, and a lovely lady named Sarah fixed it for me before it shipped. Thank you!

The website is easy enough to use, but the shipping took nearly 12 days to reach me in Ohio. I had to email them to get my tracking number. They did reply quickly, but the logistics could be better.

Half price elegance is a scam company! Do not order with them.
Email address for customer queries doesn't exist, once orders are placed the website doesn't exist but the money will still leave your account.
Items if actually delivered aren't as shown on the website.
If you fall victim to their scam take screenshot of everything from the order, the website, emails, attempts to contact them because it will help you hugely when you have to contact your bank to claim your money back.

Hopefully I can save people from making a BIG mistake by buying from this SCAM company. Item's are shipped from China and take weeks to arrive. Very poor materials and quality, basically just junk. I was told I can't return because it was on sale...that was never disclosed. Please don't buy from this company.

Not worth any stars at all. Goods arrived which are nothing like the image. I rejected the item of clothing with the company. They "do not offer refunds" but would give a discount on future purchases. I insisted and they agreed that I could post the utem to them in CHINA, This expensive post was never "received" by them. They wrote that they would refund anyway but never did. AVOID

Stay away from this online scam.
First, the item you receive does not match either the quality or the size that is advertised.
Second, you will never be able to get your money back because they claim that everything is on sale — and therefore non-refundable.
But the trick is that everything on their website is always “on sale.”
They offer you to keep the item and only give you store credit for 75%, which is useless.
The products are very low quality in reality, even though they look nice in the pictures.

Total scam. Stay away.

Similar experience to many reviews on here. Poor quality products, then finding out the returns location is in China, not The Netherlands as sited on their sales literature online. And over £20 returns payment is for the customer to pay!!
Then months after, my returns has been redelivered back to me, having followed the returns process to the letter. Some excuse about it being stuck in customs. So I'm not only out of pocket for shoddy products, but also expensive returns costs.
Please, stay well clear of this company

I have purchased an item back in April and did not receive a refund till now . Very bad customer service .

Ordered a dress in two different sizes, on arrival they were both the same size the fabric was of inferior quality and there wasn’t a straight seam anywhere to be seen. I emailed the company who said I could only have a credit note, I reminded them of their T and C, they then agreed I could have refund as long I shipped them back to China. This I did and following the courier tracking identified that they were then held by customs.
Customs said they were waiting for the parcel to be collected by the company - which they never did.
I’ve had no refund either but strangely enough DPD delivered the parcel back to me yesterday.
Out of pocket for £125 - don’t touch this company with a barge pole. You have been warned

vendor sent the wrong product. we ordered small , they shipped large. they offered to take a return back to china with shipping costs at 4 times the product charge. they then lied to American Express and said that we did not ever contact them .
this is a fraudulent company. do not do business with them. they should have zero stars.

I ordered a top which was nothing like the picture on the website. It couldn’t be further from the picture. Then when I wanted to return it, you have to pay for the return which is in China. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

This is a dreadful scam from China. You will receive your clothes but you will have to send them back and they get marked as 'rejected by customs' so that they don't have to refund you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS> THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY
