Electronics E Shop Arvostelua

Second time I have purchased from them. Slight issue with last purchase but resolved very promptly by the support team. Throughly recommended 👌

Bought Office 2021 - all went well - no problems installing and fully functional! I must say, though, that their interpretation of "IMMEDIATE, genuine product and download links supplied INSTANTLY via email upon purchase." differs from MY understanding of immediate and instant, but - the key and instructions did arrive that same day. All in all quite happy with the purchase and the company

Activation key overscribed (WORD)
Microsoft rejected the actviation
NO REFUND

Good service and the support service is also good, I felt confident in the support advice given, the joys of Microsoft (sic)..

Emailed the product key the next day, had a little hiccup activating it but they responded to my email with instructions and I got it working pretty easy. Great value and customer support. Thanks

FINAL UPDATE -
I received an apology from E E S after it was determined the company had not fulfilled the order appropriately - the result being a full refund was given! [I sourced the product elsewhere whilst waiting for correspondence to go back and forth]
Perhaps the benefit of the doubt is required [?]
I have told the company they need to understand that every existing / potential customer is placing their good faith & trust in them and this is a hard thing to regain, if lost / broken.

UPDATE to review below - Electronic E Shop finally sent a license key at the close of business yesterday BUT it was actually for version 2019 'not' for 2021 Office Pro plus as ordered - like others who have offered the same comments, I followed the info given that I had to delete my older office pro version before installation of the new one & now I have nothing whatsoever on my computer & as previously I am not receiving and answers to my subsequent emails & the mobile phone number is always switched off!

Hopefully the Electronics E Shop will do the right thing and resolve asap as the poor service so far is causing me a lot of unnecessary hassle and work issues!

I should have read reviews before buying as I usually do - be warned trust the negative reviews or it will cost you!!! Don't buy from this company who have been reported to the relevant agencies - they are scammers and perhaps the fact they only list a mobile number [that isn't answered] should be the final clue to keep away.

An email download should be an immediate, straightforward and easy transaction - that is unless the company has no intention of providing the product ordered or sending a invalid / used code, which so many have reported!!

Very nice program with good shore assistance

Office 2021 downloaded easily but then had problems activating. All sorted out by Amba and Electronics E Shop. Everything works and a real bargain.

Bought Microsoft Office 2021, the email code was emailed very quickly. Although I had trouble activating the key, I emailed and the response was quick, they sorted it all out for me. Thank you! 5*

Thank you so much for the assist Team.

very fast :)

much appreciated

Bought a licence key , had an issue which was sorted quickly. Would use again

Had some problems downloading product but got help from staff and issues resolved very quickly.

The product and price are exceptional. Would have been 5 stars if download link etc had been sent immediately as site says, got mine the next day. Did have a few problems accessing software but that was not their fault and they did help. Would definately reccomend and use them again.

Good and prompt communication, successful activation.

Good clear instructions. I bought Windows Office software. Good value purchase. Excellent service.

This is a scam. I paid, downloaded and installed but the License Code was rejected as it had been fully used so could not activate. Two emails have gone unanswered and the mobile number listed is not connecting. Sadly, per the instructions, I uninstalled my old copy of Office before installing this so have to recover it from backups.

Excellent on-line company. I received quick response to my post purchase query. Happy to recommend the company

Thank you very much. Good price for the full suite compared to other sites. Took around 10/15 mins for the email to come through with the key. Customer service cannot be faulted. Thank you again:-)

Great service and I would use this seller again. They were very helpful, even when I sent the incorrect email. It didn't seem any problem to them. The reason why I gave them 5 star rating.
