Electronics E Shop Arvostelua

I had to renew my laptop at my holiday home abroad. It therefore needed a new download of Microsoft 2024.
Unfortunately, even though I could download through a 4G router the program would not run. Sharon took me through all the possibilities and checked that I was OK. Great service and we are up and running.

Customer and technical service was excellent. Dealing with my software problem promptly and without difficulty

Prices very competitive and despite the fact I had issues activating the products, they responded in a timely manner with clear idiot proof instructions

Great people to deal with. I had a few problems (my fault) but these were quickly sorted, so my review is: Excellent product, great price and Brilliant customer support!! Many Thanks!!!

Rapid response to query, very helpful indeed. Instructions to solve issue very clear

Had problem with activating office emailed electronics on Sunday, got a reply sameday with clear instructions, I am not pc literate and instructions were easy to follow.
By Monday morning all sorted.
10 out of 10. Great service, shame other companies not on the ball like electronics, happy chappy

Installed MS365 Professional Plus. Display stated that it was not activated. Emailed them many times and they responded quite quickly. In the end the problem was resolved after many screen shots and advice from them. Cannot fault them for their help and support with my installation problem. Many many thanks.

Great service. Product arrived quickly. Had a few problems with authentication but the Electronics-e-shop team provided timely advice and had me set up in no time. Would strongly recommend.

Scam.
Purchased office 24 but did not receive key.

So far so good. Tried the groupon Microsoft Office deal and was a waste of money. Unhelpful and be refund, so I was not expecting much from Electronics E Shop. I'm pleasantly surprised. Very helpful and product was registered. I'm just hoping it's not like Groupon and ends up being a trial period. The staff were very polite and very helpful. So far, so good!

What a brilliant little store for your Office needs
Contact was friendly and welcoming
Everything was great and easy
I plan to buy again in the very near future
Excellent prices too
All in all a great experience
Thank you

I was in the market for a new Microsoft office product and I looked online and found this company being, honest, at first I was sceptical, remembering ’ too good to be true’ but thought I would give it a go.
I paid and the link was sent very quick with a very comprehensive instruction guide and an over whelming stress on “if you have any problems contact us for help”.
The guide is a walk you through it instruction, however, I did have a minor issue and sent an email late that evening. The next morning I received a reply with a very clear instruction as to how to overcome my problem. I followed this to full installation and activation.
If looking for software, I can thoroughly recommended this company their emphasis appears to be on customer satisfaction/ customer care. Rare in todays world. Buy with confidence and save money whilst doing so.

After trying to install the product I had many problems, E Shop were extremely helpful at all times, never complained at my foolish mistakes. They just sent another message telling me what to do next. After several attempts I got it right, hurrah. Without electronics-e-shop.uk help it would never have happened. Please do not hesitate to use them they were soo helpfull. 10 out of 10

Downloaded microsoft office pro plus 24, but couldn't activate. Contacted seller who very quickly showed me how to remedy.

I purchased Office 2024 for a non-computer literate friend for a new computer. It arrived promptly (but to Junk mail!!). The activation didn't go to plan due, I believe, to my finger problem. Electronics E Shop quickly responded to emails and the situation was readily resolved. There was no fuss. An excellent service

Slight registration problem, that was probably down to me, but was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I have used this company before to purchase software and find them first class to deal with.

Great Service quick to assist when I had issues activating after a laptop swap - would recommend :-)

Had a bit of a shaky start, which was probably down to my dodgy IT experience, but the tech support was fast and effective, so far so good. Thank you!

Purchased windows 11, never received download code. No communication utter scammers. Having to claim back on credit card.

After one month Microsoft says it is only licensed for business and I am only able to read not alter or add ie all commands are greyed out
