Never again.
I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on October 31, 2024. Here we are just a month over the 1-year warranty period, and the refrigerator broke down. Now Electrolux is charging me $355.00 to repair it. I will never buy a Frigidaire or Electrolux product again as long as a live.
Disappointing Electrolux Fridge
Extremely disappointed that our 16 month old Electrolux French Door fridge water dispenser hose leaked and has caused damage to our floor which will have to be replaced. Very hard to find a service, rang the 0800 number, given two agents for our area, one no longer in business and the other didn't service our area. Found someone an hours drive away.

We brought a Fridge Freezer just over 2 years ago. The warranty ran out in September but had issues at the end of June this year so it was in warranty. The engineers had been out 6 times to try and fix our product and with 5 different engineers , they each had there own idea of what was wrong. Yesterday an engineer came out and spoke to Electrolux , who then in turn wrote the product off.
I phoned Electrolux this morning asking when a new fridge freezer would be delivered, only to be told its out of warranty and you will have to pay for a new one. I explained that this has been going on since it was in warranty but the guy on the end of the phone said he couldn't do anything. Absolutely disgusted isn't the word.
I have 3 other items from them and I will never buy one of there products again.
Frigidaire over the range microwave
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this Frigidaire microwave has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. Within just two weeks of owning this Frigidaire/Electrolux microwave, the fan started hesitating on medium, so I immediately filed a complaint. They replaced the fan and the entire motherboard, yet the problem remained exactly the same. Instead of fixing the issue properly, Electrolux offered me a buy-back, which was only a partial refund—even though the product was clearly defective from the start.
It then took four months of constant follow-ups before I finally received a replacement microwave. Even after all that inconvenience and wasted time, I was still expected to pay for installation out of my own pocket, which is unacceptable considering the unit was faulty from day one.
Overall, this has been a terrible experience from both a product and customer-service standpoint. I will never purchase another Frigidaire or Electrolux appliance again, and I strongly recommend others think twice before buying from them.

Electrolux Fridge freezer water supply failure
We have owned an american style fridge freezer fwith mains fed ice/water dispenser or about 6 years and the water solenoid valve has broken again for the second time. When I contacted Electrolux they do not stock the part anymore so potentially this part of the appliance is useless - annoying being the main selling point of the appliance. Customer services were no help at all, suggesting I tried a google search. After about 2 hours of investigations, I;ve found an alternative product from a french manufacturer - why couldn't Electrolux have this information if they are going to stop stocking parts for an appliance that they were happy taking £1500 of your hard earned cash. I won't be buying their products again!

Le 18 novembre : toujours aucune nouvelle de la commande, alors que lors de la commande on nous annonce un délai de livraison entre 24 et 48 heures ouvrés. Chat le 18 novembre : réponse : ne sait pas ou en est la commande. Donc, aucun suivi de commande pour cette société : je ne sais toujours pas ou en est ma commande 48 heures après alors que ma carte bleue a bien été débitée.

Worst quality products available. Bought a new build which had their hob and hood fitted. Within a year both started to show signs of rusting. Company refuses to replace as they are cheap and a bucnch of crooks with rubbish customer service and even worst customer values. Should have gone out of business years ago.

I received a product directly ordered from Electrolux that broke down within a month. Contacted their customer service which of course is a BOT, it advised me in the end to send an email. That was two weeks ago and no reply. Sent a complaint and am waiting a responce. My last resort is to take the product to their offices in Warsaw and hand it in at reception. Their web site contacts are therefore worthless.

Extremely Disappointed – Ongoing Issue for Over 4 Months with No Resolution
I am beyond frustrated with Electrolux. My cooktop (Model ECCI3668AS, Serial 1F42496995) has been broken since July 2025, and for over four months I have been unable to use it. Electrolux keeps sending technicians who repeatedly replace different parts, yet the cooktop still doesn’t work.
Even the technicians have admitted that the cooktop is not repairable, but they said Electrolux keeps forcing them to change parts instead of approving a replacement. I’ve spent months waiting, unable to cook at home, while customer service keeps making empty promises and giving inconsistent answers.
The quality of the product is terrible, and the customer service is even worse — slow, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. After four months of this, I have completely lost confidence in Electrolux.
I strongly advise others to avoid buying Electrolux appliances. If something goes wrong, be prepared for endless delays and zero accountability.

Ho contattato il servizio clienti che “gentilmente “ mi ha dato link per comprarmi una guarnizione nuova in quanto parte soggetta a usura e quindi fuori dalla copertura della garanzia. Da notare che il frigo precedente dopo 18 anni si è guastato (compressore rotto) ma le guarnizioni erano ancora perfettamente integre

Waterdispenser koelkast stuk? Volledig toestel vervangen!
Onze Amerikaanse side by side koelkast hebben we ondertussen wel al 10 jaar. Een goede maand geleden stopte de waterdispenser met werken, er is nog wel ijs. We hebben onmiddellijk contact opgenomen met de online dienst. We konden een afspraak maken na drie weken. Pas enkele dagen voor de afspraak kregen we te horen dat het toestel niet meer te herstellen was en dat ze niet gingen langskomen. Ik stuurde een mail met mijn ongenoegen over de late annulering en het feit dat een perfect werkende koelkast voor een detail moest vervangen worden. Dan stelde ze voor om het toestel te vervangen door een showroommodel, 1 zonder ijs en waterdispenser, een toestel met minder functionaliteit dan onze huidige. We hebben feestelijk bedankt. Bovendien was het ook nog eens een paar honderd euro duurder dan dat je elders hetzelfde toestel kan vinden. Wat een prutsers. Nooit geen AEG, Electrolux of Zanussi meer.

Electrolux has been the worst company to deal with. Their customer service is appalling. I bought a fridge earlier this year that stopped working. I requested a new fridge be sent out due to fridge being basically brand new. Instead I was told I’d have to get a part replaced. This took a couple of weeks. They attempted to fix the fridge with the new part. This didn’t work. During this time we have been living out of a camper fridge in the living room. I requested a new fridge again which they agreed to but they didn’t have any in stock. I asked that they possibly send out a loan fridge in the mean time as a new one would take a month. This was not possible either. The customer service team were very rude a condescending throughout this whole experience. I was told to make an inventory of all the food that had to be wasted. I priced every item and also took photos. Was told that they wouldn’t cover the cost of all the food lost as that much food couldn’t possibly fit in the fridge?? After many phone calls, they agreed to replace the food which I was told, “you’re not actually entitled to this.” The one star rating is for finally getting a new fridge after a 6 1/2 week wait. Next time I shop for appliances, I will make sure that the company isn’t owned by Electrolux. My fridge is Westinghouse. Do your research.

Electrolux refrigerator, branded as Frigidaire, cost $2300, had a leaky evaporator after 2 yrs. Door magnet so strong that to open the door you have to hold the fridge or it will slide out. TERRIBLE P.O.S. Could also be branded Kenmore, so be careful!
