With USPS has banning the shipment of nicotine products due to the PACT Act, we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries (including obtaining a signature upon delivery). Additionally, under this legislation, we are no longer able to ship to PO Boxes. This does make our reach a bit unstable at times.
Regrettably, your area is currently out of the operational area of our carriers. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this causes. We are working with them to expand their bandwidth so as to service as many of our customers as possible. Very incredibly disappointed with this company electric tobaccoist I had two orders with them. First one it was over a month and never received my order final was told I would get a credit and now my credit after a week is still not available. My second order it’s been over a month and still nothing.
Also they have told me over the month that they can confirm my order was on my way to my location so they also lied all month because it didn’t show up and last in June 2022 they shipped two orders the UPS
But the they tell you they can’t ship this way because the Pact act.

Hi Linda, I can confirm that both of the orders that did not reach you have been already been refunded. Because of the PACT Act, we are no longer able to ship with USPS; FedEx, DHL, and all other major shipping companies have decided to make similar decisions surrounding the ban of shipping nicotine products. As such, we are now reliant on private carriers that make compliant deliveries.
Since they don't have the same infrastructure as the Postal Service your package may take unusual routes as it is passed through a network of carriers rather than directly to a local distribution center. We have also seen slightly longer transit times as well as occasional delays in tracking updates. We are working with their technical support team to rectify these concerns as quickly as possible.
Inquiry about a replacement for a product no longer available.
I was very pleased with the rapid response time to my questions. The answers were very helpful !

Hi Karen, it looks as though your purchase was marked as delivered on the 20th. We are accepting all inquiries via email or via the HelpDesk on the website.
We have transitioned to having all of our packages delivered via one carrier our previous one is no longer operable. It is going to take them a little bit of time to get acclimated to our bandwidth and needs; however, we can assure you that we are doing everything in our power to rectify these tracking delays.

It looks as though our email went out to you on Thursday, June 23 2022 at 4:55 PM detailing our JUUL selection. Without a response from you, the ticket was closed and a resolved email was sent out.
Great company, lousy shipping.
Electric Tobacconist has been a great company to deal with. However, due to the Governments overreach again, shipping is terrible. I wish Electric Tobacconist could find a better shipper.
