Customer Service doesn't seem to exist . No replies. Never received item ordered. Do not recommend this company.

Love this jewelry company. Quality and trendy pieces. The gold color looks real not orange or brassy like other jewelry brands. I wear my pieces while I workout and shower and they still look like new! I’ve even had to return a bracelet or two due to my small wrists and never had a problem getting my refund. Trustworthy company and highly recommend them to everyone.

I found Electric Picks after Bre Sheppard's collab. I loved her necklace and spent more than I wanted on her entire collection. I was really impressed with the quality and have bought many more pieces. I love that they don't tarnish and there's a lifetime guarantee. This makes the price worth it IMO.

During the Easter golden egg special, I had an earring unlatch and lost it within 24 hours. I explained this to customer service and they sent me a new one! I am very pleased with my experience and their jewelry. Highly recommend.

I had the best experience with them, I reside in UAE and after receiving my items which were the Eva bangle set i emailed them that the bangles are too big, and since returns from UAE is impossible they offered to send me item(s) for the same price for no charge. Today I received them and i love them so much. This the best customer service experience i ever had

This is by far the worst company I have ever bought from! Their customer service appears excellent until you require a return or exchange for any reason. That’s when their customer support vanishes and they stop replying to your emails! I have never dealt with a company as terrible as them. They have no ethical standards whatsoever!

What a great company who really cares about each of us! I was really nervous to order from the reviews but I couldn't have been more happy with the quick shipping and kind customer service when I accidentally sent a gift to the wrong address. The stickers with your jewelry are the sweetest touch and the girls who work there were just so nice and helpful! I can't wait to order more pieces for myself and as gifts.

Bought the ‘Harden silver necklace’ that I was eying for a while, on sale. Took a long time to deliver and received 11 emails about my order and shipping which is a bit excessive especially since most of the time the link for shipping didn’t even work, but all good. Once I received the item it was way smaller and less chunky than I expected. That surprised me. The description and accompanying pictures seemed off once I saw the item in real time. Also extremely shiny silver that looks fake and cheap next to all my silver jewelry. Very different color also. I didn’t expect this from this company that so many (influencers?) rave about. This was my first purchase and maybe I just dislike this one item, so wanted to return, no problem. Then I found out, all sale items are final. You can only return for store credit. That was unfortunate since I wouldn’t have made the purchase would I have known. I really dislike the quality and cheapness of this necklace. Won’t come back. If I was able to return for free for a refund and that was an easy process, it would’ve left me with a very different feeling, honestly. I wouldn’t have left a review either. But now it feels like a scam and I want to shine a light on this for others to be aware. I wanted to love Electric Picks but my first purchase looks and feels like a $6 necklace from Forever 21 up close. Definitely not worth the full price of $88 in my opinion.

I will not recommend this company to others. Everything was fine, slow deliveries, until you need a return or help with an item. Customer service is nonexistent. No matter how many times you email, which is the only communication available, they keep using the same link and you can't find the new reply. I also find them to be dishonest! And that is the biggest red flag along with no human customer service. Run from this company!

Worst company to do business with. They have terrible customer service and take forever to answer and they are not helpful. Jewelry is also over priced and not worth it. It discolors so fast and looks so cheap. They also mess up on orders then threaten to charge you for incorrect items they send you when it was their fault. I had an item canceled due to it not being an available for a few weeks. They wouldn’t refund money only would issue gift card. It wasn’t a return it was canceled. Then they took for ever to send me the gift card information and wouldn’t answer emails or messages and blocked me on insta.

Ordered a necklace and it never got delivered. Have contacted customer service multiple times and been offered no resolution. Would not recommend.
