£725 order placed on the 25th of July 2024. Told the following day it would be next day delivery. Then told out of stock even though the website said it was a stock item. Have been chasing ever since. Requested a refund which was actioned via PayPal and then failed to complete due to lack of funds. Requested a direct refund to my bank and refused to provide. Opened a dispute with PayPal, which has now escalated to a claim. Nicola who runs this company has not even responded to PayPal as I write this on the 20th of August. Nicola told me I opened a dispute, which I had no choice to do, and then she hid behind it from that point forward, even though she has not responded to it at all.

Based upon my experience, this company is a scam. Nearly a month in, no product, no refund, zero communication the last few days, and no engagement with PayPal to resolve.

I’ve told Nicola exactly what I think and she subsequently told me, calling her a scammer and accusing her of feeding me BS is why she won’t refund my money directly and will stick with PayPal. So yep, she thinks a customer who placed an order in good faith is the problem when she doesn’t deliver or refund. Remember, and as already stated, PayPal have again confirmed this morning zero engagement since the dispute was opened two weeks ago.

Nicola had every opportunity to resolve this amicably but the bottom line is she does not want to return the money.

UPDATE 24.08.24

Nicola did not respond to PayPal at all despite saying she would not refund me directly and wanted to keep it on PayPal. PayPal found the claim in my favour. Thank goodness I used PayPal and not a debit card, otherwise this scammer would have gotten away with stealing. PayPal response pasted below.

Awful company. Avoid at all costs. The unit they sent stopped working after a month. Initially the contact was great. They said to return the faulty product and they would test it and then refund the full amount as well as the postage within 2 days. That was over a month ago. And despite multiple emails no one has responded. And no refund.
