Shocking experience. Steer clear
Shocking experience... I ordered two that were both displayed as in stock on the website and still are... waited 10 days before contacteding them to find out where the order was. I was told they weren't in stock and had no idea of when they would be and was offered a option to cancel the order and refund. What a joke of a company. This is the second time. I guess I am the bigger fool . Steer clear from them. P.S. after reading the other reviews please dont bother responding (Hannah) just fix your service. Absolute joke of a company

Billed for 15 Said they ordered rest from their supplier. Several months on no bulbs.Cancelled order and asked for refund for 10. Despite offering same over numerous e mails no refund as yet August.Why put phone no.site when no answer. Terrible. Do not order from the company. Minus 10 status.

Stay away from this company
By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I ordered a product and they failed to deliver it, I requested a new one and I was told it’s not their responsibility to make sure it’s delivered. I would never trust this company with ordering anything again, and hope this review shows customers how unprofessional and unethical the company is. I had proof it wasn’t delivered to me and they still didn’t do what they’re legally required to do. I hope this review costs them a lot more than the £16 it cost to do right thing. I repeat STAY AWAY!

We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience. However, we can confirm that your order was delivered successfully to your address, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking and proof of delivery, which you have also acknowledged was delivered to your address.
Following a full investigation with the courier, they have confirmed that the parcel was delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery was completed in line with the service selected, and no alternative delivery instructions or safe place details were provided at the time of order.
We do understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but we have fully reviewed the case with the delivery provider and acted in line with their findings and procedures.

Customer Service Is Terrible
You have no way of contacting them. Their number points to their live chat which is never open. I sent messages explaining the incorrect items were delivered. Their response is to ask me to send pictures of the damage. How is that relevant! Sent messages multiple times that the items are not damaged but the wrong ones to no avail. Keep asking for pictures. After sales support/ customer service is terrible. Asked for refund including express shipping which they fail to acknowledge. Im sure one of their team will respond by asking me to get in touch via live chat or send them a message which is what I have been doing.

Excellent customer service, good value.
They had some sockets it was all but impossible to find elsewhere, and at a good price. There was a bit of a delay in delivery, but excellent customer more than made up for it. And they arrived before the second anticipated date. I queried my order many months later, about something else, using their contact form, and they replied immediately. Impressive! I would be happy to buy from them again.

I waited for over a month for sockets…
I waited for over a month for sockets when I contacted the company after 3 weeks they informed me they would be with me very soon after a wait of 5 weeks I finally asked for a refund. I wasn't told the items were unavailable or out of stock and when I cancelled the order I was told they were unable to source the items I had ordered 5 weeks previously . I will never be ordering again of this company and certainly will not recommend to family or friends.

They sold me a $70 electric weed burner…
They sold me a $70 electric weed burner made in the UK without telling me that it was incompatible with U.S. power sources and would require a high-watt voltage converter that would be over $100 and weigh 28 pounds. They’d take a return, but only if I covered the international shipping both ways for a device that is of no use to me. Since this is a U.S. branch of an international business, I find their failure to inform me to be unethical.

Customer Service Not Responding on email
We have received the payment link and completed the payment almost one week ago. However, we have not received any response to our emails. We have been following up daily, but there has been no reply so far.

Half an order delivered then a month…
Half an order delivered then a month later told other items no longer available. All in stock at time of ordering. Only found out after I emailed them to enquire where the remainder of the order was. Whole point in ordering the 4 items was that they match. They expect me to pay return postage for the half order that I can't use.
Overall a very poor experience and would advise all to avoid this company.

51-Day Wait and Incomplete Order
I placed an order for four items on November 25. One item was delivered a few days later. After repeatedly following up, I was informed on January 7 (43 days after placing the order) that one of the items had not yet arrived at their warehouse, and I was asked whether I wanted to cancel it, which I did.
I finally received the remaining two items on January 15 — a total wait of 51 days from the original order date.
Customer service was fairly responsive by email — they even replied on Christmas Day saying they had a large back order in the warehouse. However, the long delays and overall experience were very disappointing. I would not order from them again.
