Serious Concerns
Initially I like the software, seems user friendly, etc.
Concerns: 1) When voting, the software is telling you that you "have errors" because you haven't voted for everyone. The system won't let you continue unless you vote for all, or abstain from all. It won't let you vote or abstain from each candidate individually, which is the whole point of voting! 2) In three days of phone calls I've not been able to get a person to answer the phone to discuss.

Easy voting and quick too not requiring heavy internet connectivity.
Hopefully it does not give electoral officers ability to profile voters at the back end.

Confusion and Over-Reach
Write-Ins are confusing and, for my elections, superfluous and not allowed. Make Write-Ins an administrator option.
No Endorsement and Write-in should be differentiated by color for clarity. I entered numbers in error on Write-In when I wanted to put No Endorsement.
I should be able to stop after 1 or 2 or however many selections. I may not want 3 etc. to receive consideration at all, yet I have to rate undesirables against my will.

The online identification failed
The online identification form did not work, even after repeated tries. YET, the system accepted my vote without knowing who I was!!!

This ballot was way too wordy!!!! I am a long time resident and I got tired of reading all of the information and instructions. I feel some people will not vote because of too much information.
