The quality is terrible!! The clothes are not made out of a real material. You can't return items that don't fit properly.

The quality of the merchandise was poor and the sizes were not true. I wanted to return 1 2 piece outfit and a top for incorrect sizing. They offered me a $25 credit or I could return (to China) at my own expense. The photos on website look lovely but it is truly a buyer beware-too good to be true is too good to be true.

Ask for a return authorization to return some tops. They want to charge ME $5.00 just to be put through to customer service! and you can't return without an talking to customer service

I have never purchased anything from this company but they took 70.00 out of my bank I'm reporting them to the fraud squad I'm sick of all the scammers out there scamming pensioners

I ordered 137.97 worth of merchandise on January 14, 2024. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS. of course, they immediately used my credit card to pay for the items. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Horrible experience. They are total scam do not order from them. They will try to give you an extremely small refund and ultimately all I got back was $23 and they said I could keep the item which is the color of flesh and not the taupe that was pictured. They pulled the same thing with me that they do with other people—you would have to pay for shipping to Dubai. The item was too short, poor quality, the yarn did not even look the same as the picture at all.

The order took a long time to be delivered.
There was hardly any communication - I had to contact Elbev each time to find out what was happening - and they never replied.
Three items were missing when the order finally arrived - again, with no explanation.

My wife ordered clothes on-line from them that were supposed to be high quality and made in America. When they arrived, they were cheap fabric, there no clothing tags, made in China and the wrong size.
We contacted them via email 4 or 5 times and they said they'd give us refund for first ~25%, then ~30% and then ~40%, but we could still keep the clothes. They don't understand that the sizes are WRONG and the quality of the material is CHEAP. Finally they said they would give us a refund if we shipped the return package to Dubai, Saudia Arabia.
I contacted our credit card company and opened a dispute on the charge. I just finished up with them and they are giving us a full refund and charging it back Elbevs.

This company is a scam! I ordered a dress that the ad on Facebook said was made in South Carolina. When I received the disappointing dress, the package was clearly from China. The dress even has a label on it "made in China"! Poor quality and overpriced. Nothing in the package about where to return or even communicate. I found this website by googling the name on my credit card bill. I believe at least some of the positive reviews are fake. I will never order from them again and suggest you don't either!

The ordering process and speed of delivery were terrific! This is my second order from Elbevs, and it won't be my last! The variety of items and the quality of them are wonderful.

Sizing is different even thought the description reads basically the same for the blouses. Ordered 3 blouses, first was fit ok but a bit snug. The other two were 3 sizes smaller. Returning items costs too much, per customer service and they don't give back all your money. I won't order from this company again - very disappointed. Buyers beware !

I was hesitant to order kept going back to the dress. So glad I did its beautiful and the material is nice can't wait to wear it.

I placed an order April 7th, but requested cancellation April 11th because the total was in US dollars. No reply. They put the charge through on my Visa on April 7th. I’ve sent two more texts, again no response. Don’t know what more I can do. So disappointing. Wouldn’t order from them again.

The tops I bought are pretty and exactly what I ordered however, although I followed the size chart very carefully all of the tops are too small
I need to return them. Could you provide me with a label and exterior bag and arrange for pick up. When I get the credit to my account I can reorder in the correct sizes
