I brought the PMEF mat. I had a numbers of emails with Sarah to find out when the product would be arriving, she kept me updated on progress of order. I have been really pleased with the mat and used it daily to try to improve my sleep, I do believe it has made a difference to my sleep, I fall asleep quicker and don’t wake as often during the night. I would recommend this product. Great customer service and product.

I TRULY LOVE my Elaris Red Light mats and PEMF mats - a GAME changer in my life. So THANKFUL to be able to move about freely, not have to take pain meds and really get back to a healthier me. I believe the PEMF has actually helped to do some healing of the issues with my cervical and lumbar spine. THANK YOU Elaris!

I bought a PEMF mat from Elaris body and it is one of the best items I have ever purchased. I have arthritis in my knees and hips for sure, possibly creeping into other areas of my body. However a daily session on my Elaris PEMF mat provides great relief from pain and discomfort: it is a positive element in my daily life, thank you, I highly recommend the Elaris PEMF mat; I purchased it after watching a documentary about ‘alternative’ therapies that really do work and this works!

This seems like a good company. But they don't make anything in the US. Very slow. I suspect once the order is placed, it is made somewhere in the hills of Southeast Asia. Then transported by ox cart to a vehicle. Then put on a boat to cross the Pacific. The people at the company apologize for the delay. I finally received my order 19 days after placing the order, It was shipped from China and it arrived at Chicago on a Saturday and was finally delivered to my house the next Friday. That last week is a 7 hour drive. This is poor shipping policy. The PEMF seems to be well made. The US company does not keep inventory. Expect a long wait.

I'd learned about the benefits of PEMF while taking a course for canine rehabilitation certification. My daughter had a recurrence of Lyme with POTS symptoms, so I ordered a mat. I had questions once the mat arrived, and customer service promptly answered and explained - even sending a few photos to illustrate. Only been using the mat for a week, so going to give it more time to show noticeable results. (Daughter had started treatment with PEMF already at her Chiropractic Neurology Center).

When I ordered my red light therapy mat, it was taking a while to receive it. I was getting concerned, but every time I contacted Elaris with my concerns they always responded and reassured me that it will be arriving. After arriving my husband and I both have been using the red light therapy mat and we love it. Thank you to Sarah from said has always responded to my emails enjoying the products. Right off, I felt a buzzy, light tingly sensation in my left leg below the calf and near the ankle! That is exactly where my leg “twists” inwardly at night and actually will cause my foot to turn. That hasn’t happened in the past two nights! Also, my first few steps in the morning are no longer hurting as they were. I truly feel like this will resolve completely with continued use. I’m so happy I took the step and ordered it! I use the time on my mat to just relax and recover and rejuvenate! Also, I needed help with what I thought was an issue so I emailed and got a response in less than 24 hours..the rep replied and had me try something and it works perfectly. Turns out it was operator error lol! If you’re contemplating, feel confident!!

I think the BEST way to see if something works is to use it regularly, then , stop using it and see if there is a difference.
So , this is what I did and I cannot believe the immediate difference it makes I NOW call it my “MAGIC MAT “ and know if I want a truely great sleep I need to get on my magic mat ! Sooooo happy

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Sarah. Sauna blanket arrived the other day however issue with the storage bag zips not working. Sarah very quickly sorted this and another is on the way.
Just started to use the blanket and have to say, I am really happy with the quality of the product. Too early to say how effective it will be but definately positive so far and very pleased with purchase.
In addition, great communciation from the outset when order was placed.

Can’t remember the last time I had such great customer service. Had a couple of issues/questions and Sarah responded quickly and provided helpful info regarding the blanket operations. I love the sauna blanket. Very relaxing and great quality.

Initially, we were disappointed with our purchase. Zero decent instructions and the insert blankets are not made of a natural fibres. We did not know what we were doing with the blanket so felt we had wasted our money. I contacted Elaris and their customer service was exemplary. Sarah took up the responses to my emails and that consistency was very much appreciated. Sarah explained everything, apologised for the poor instructions - she said they would feed this back - and offered a refund on the blankets as we brought 2 extra ones and they remained unopened. We have since received our refund and are satisfied. Once it was fully explained that the blanket needs to heat up before use, you need to stay in it for at least 45 minutes and sweating is not always necessary and its more about the type of heat that the blanket emits we then viewed things from a very different perspective. We are now very happy and enjoy the blanket as much as we can. I would highly recommend.

I am very happy with the quality and functionality of my pemf therapy mat. The only problem was that after 4 months the temperature controller started coming apart. Sarah worked hard to resolve this issue and now I am getting a new temperature controller.

Provided great pain relief and already have friends trying it out with similar results! Customer service has been fantastic as well!

I had always wanted a PEMF mat and decided on going with Elaris to try one out as the price was the best and the reviews had high ratings. I love my mat and can't stop using it because it feels so good. Chronic pain has eased and its really relaxing. The warmth of the infrared penetrates deeply into the body and feels so good! One of the buttons on the controller was sticky and they sent me a new controller that works perfectly, so I'm happy about that too!

I had a bit of trouble with delivery and Sarah at Elaris was on it immediately to oversee that I received my mat. Then I had trouble getting it to work right and again she send me a video and personally text helping me with trouble shooting. The customer service went above and beyond to help me. It won my trust in ordering from them again. I feel safe in saying “they shine above all other companies “!
