Elanora Trends Arvostelua 

Saw an advert on Facebook for a supplement (Easeflow) to help with the aging problem that men suffer from i.e. urinary issues such as flow rate, urgency and frequency. Their advertising is full of discounts, promises and positive reviews and, LIES!
My biggest issue is with their claims of a "no quibble guarantee" and "You’ve got 60 days to try this. If it doesn’t work, you get every penny back" and "You’re covered for 60 days. Use it for three months, and if you’re not satisfied, send back the bottles — even empty — and get a full refund. No questions asked. (Someone should tell them that 60 days is not three months!)
None of this is true. Read their returns policy. Yes, you are able to send it back but only sealed, unused bottles plus you pay for postage back to...CHINA! Never worth it and they know that.

I bought 3 bottles of this stuff. Same as on the site. Same information same pictures and evidence. Same guarantee. Same ingredients. I bought it through Eleanor trends. I received a total different product. Different ingredients. Containing 2 types of mushroom extract. Looks very similar but subtle changes in the marketing. No “TM” new name. Absolute scam. I asked for a full refund as I was not taking something different to what I purchased. They said it’s the same stuff. Hardly the ingredients are different. As I hadn’t open any of it they said I could return them to them. But as it is in China it’s will cost more that they cost. They offered me a 20% refund. Then a 30%. Final offer. Then 40%. I agreed that under extreme annoyance. Another Chinese scam. As this is the same site and content I was on with a different name at the top I suppose this is probably a sister site. Many new named companies casting the net with the same content. It’s a disgrace. No marketing under liova.co.uk. Don’t touch it.

Fraudulent /scam behaviour in my opinion. The advert showed a 5* Trustpilot rating, with a London based business & good clinically confirmed research. Yet 7days after paying out £50, expecting delivery in 1-2 days I have nothing. Worst of all the tracking number I got shows it on route from CHINA. I will never put into my mouth any “medication” sold as from UK but coming from China…no wonder it sounded too good to be true. Buyer beware.

This is not a European product being manufactured under licence in China, this is a Chinese product being made to look like a European product in its marketing.

I have been scammed by £50. I am very angry.

I purchased “Ease Flow” clinically proven prostate medication…. Clinically proven by who?

When it arrives it will go straight in the bin.

Their refund policy requires me to pay return postage… it’s not worth the cost of sending it back and they know this.

Totally regret purchasing from this company! I purchased the EaseFlow x2, what I received was a cheap alternative from China with no information and you’d have to be a lunatic to use! It’s a despicable company that preys on people at their lowest time when they are looking for genuine help with life threatening conditions. Avoid this company at all costa and MONSALIFE who the payments are made too. Disgusting Criminals!

I am having similar issues with my order, not only did they charge me for additional items they have still not arrived. Yodel said they would be delivered yesterday and then today but now the tracker says Tuesday. I also received the same platitudes as other reviewers.

This is looking like a scam by someone. Order number 7396. Order box below not working.

I ordered 3x easeflow on 9th April and £49.95 was taken from my credit card. I was informed that Royal Mail would be the carrier. I emailed as I was concerned that I had heard nothing. I got a standard response from them saying tgat is was likely to be an international consignment. I waited and then got a message from Yodel asking for my address(which I had already given). We have had a lot of delivery scams in UK so I didn't respond. I then was told by Yodel that my package had been sent back!
I messaged elanora trends asking for a refund a week ago. Nothing
Be careful as I feel extremely let down!

I ordered from elanora trends on January 25th. It's now March 19th. Still not received my order or refund after numerous emails. What a scam and they are still advertising on facebook
