E&L Homes Arvostelua

Renting with E&L homes has been nothing but a pleasure from start to finish.
Rented a room in a property in feltham. Property was kept clean with communal weekly cleaner. Any issues raised were dealt with to a high standard and rapidly.
Upon moving in, anything raised was fixed/ amended.
From documentation, to moving in, to moving out, the entire process was smooth, professional and respectful.
I will be happy to rent again with E&L homes in the future.

I liaised closely with Mahmoud and Hamoudi from the team and they went above and beyond to ensure any queries I had were put to rest and answered all of my questions creating wriggle room for my monthly payment date.

Look forward to renting with E&L homes in the future ☺️

That is a threat I am still leaving a bad review I had to be uncomfortable because of his negligence it’s not my issue that he didn’t check his property that is was clean or not it even smelled very badly bathroom
Floor is disgustingly black the house was soo dirty and I had paid 804 pounds and got back 794 pounds they said to me it’s because of exchange rate I am sorry when I paid I paid full amount of 804 pounds not 794 pounds and he also had 200 pounds deposit I just got this as he said I have to take it till the stay is over why should I have had to wait like this I should have been given all back as soon as I complained also the 138 pounds as a inconvenience it’s not like I told him to pay for the other accommodation k had to find
