Better than the last place
Honestly joined because my old casino annoyed me. This one feels less pushy. I just play a few spins after work, no spammy popups so far. Had one withdrawal, took about a day and a half but it arrived fine.

Interface in dark mode is great
My eyes hurt with bright websites at night, so I switched the casino to dark mode and it’s much better. I can spin in bed without feeling blinded. Small detail but it made me enjoy playing longer sessions.

Didn’t need to contact support much
The best thing I can say is I barely had to use support at all. Everything mostly just worked: deposits, games, withdrawals. Once I had a login question and they answered in like 5 minutes. That’s about it, which is good.

I had one dispute about a slot error and they didn’t just say “tough luck”. They checked the logs and admitted there was an issue, refunded my bet. That kind of honesty is rare online, so I appreciated it a lot.
