Just stream and forget everything on autopilot

So, I did a lot of research before deciding on an autoclipper for my streams. Decided on Eklipse based on what it showed in-app and promised with unlocking the "premium tier" of features (YouTube clipping, post scheduling, etc).

I signed up for the annual subscription after testing the basic version and assumed everything was above board... it absolutely was not.

The first issue was the failure of multiple streams to even pull into the app. They'd either sit and be stuck in "processing" at 33% forever before failing about a week later, or just fail outright.

The second issue was the failure of the post scheduler. Posting to Instagram was painful, as it had to open the app itself to post, and would lose all progress I'd made scheduling any other posts on other platforms using the same clip. I was never able to post to Facebook, as it said my account "didn't manage any pages," despite me managing my personal page and my streamer page. The final straw was it outright failing to post at all to TikTok, despite multiple attempts.

I attempted to reach out via the in app help tool and was sent an e-mail saying they'd reach back out within 24 hours. I never received any communication back.

I then attempted to reach out via their Discord, and their in server bot for support never worked. I tried to ping the listed mods in the server and never got a response.

Eventually I saw that people were leaving the server, one of which I'd been talking to a bit in DMs. He told me he'd actually been banned from the server because he'd been talking about and pushing others to get a refund. (not confirmed, just his belief).

Be wary, in their Terms of Service, they expressly say that "no refunds will be provided," so I'd recommend going to either the Google Play Store or App Store to request a refund, as Eklipse refuses to assist anyone with seemingly anything, let alone refunds.

Don't ever use this "software."

Oh, one other thing I just thought of at the end here, they don't have all of the tools available in the app. MANY of them are only available via their website, which eliminates the whole point of the mobile app.

Crap, another thing I just thought of. The multiple times of day, multiple notifications I'd receive telling me to sign up for premium, when I already had. Extremely annoying.

Before I found Eklipse, I was completely lost as far as editing videos from my live stream. Now, all I do is let them handle it! About 10 minutes after I finish my stream I get a notification with all my game highlights ready to post. And if I want to edit them, they make that super easy too!

Expensive but works as it should. Good software but has issues when I run my stream from YouTube on my PS5. I guess its better to stream from twitch then export.

One of the best AI clipping tools I’ve used in a while, still missing features (select the length the AI can clip for in settings for elimination chains in games, add royalty free music for the mood of a clip to all clips after clipping.) the model could use some tweaks to capture more consistently in cod too.

Fantastic service, great AI clipper, been use to using Nexusclips, but this caters more towards what i need. Great work saves so much time.

Eklipse.gg is honestly great for Quick edits of your streams. haven’t had any issues, I do wish it had more memes and sounds to pull from. Like trending from different platforms that you can use. But other than that it’s easy to understand and make edits, the ai edits are ok, no hype with that but once again it’s ridiculously easy to do yourself. I recommend it 10/10 especially if you’re new to editing clips!!!

very good app, eazy to use and very fast

the "free account" sucks you now have to wait to get clips, it wont clip anything over 2 hours. getting the premium account for someone who works for a living is insane, everything is basically behind a pay wall.

Well worth the subscription. Cuts down time editing and they are always adding games.

I enjoy using eklipse to get my clips. I no longer have to spend hrs going through my stream to get clips
