Placed an order on January 28th and immediately canceled (after seeing reviews) didn’t receive any information about when I would be getting a refund. First time I called customer service was about 3 weeks after cancellation.

The lady on the phone tells me it can sometimes take awhile for refunds to go through because they have a ‘ thorough’ review process to make sure it wasn’t a fraudulent purchase. Ok fine I continue to wait and nothing for weeks. This is now week 6 of me waiting so I reach out to customer service again. This is the email I received back after speaking with them on the phone

I was able to confirm that the refund had been processed on 1/29/2024 as requested since the order was cancelled and immediately and the money has been returned since . once a charge is refunded it will drop immediately off of our system and is then processed back to the original owner. this is a fool proof way to make sure that we do not refund multiple times or have any reoccurring issues. If it does not reflect on your bank statements or does not show that the charge has been received please reach out to your bank .

This time the woman tells me that my money was deposited back into my account the same day I cancelled the order…. That it’s something wrong with my bank . I checked my bank statements and not a dime of that $100 order has been refunded to me… I’d like to know why I was told two different stories. This website is nothing but a money grab they make it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get your money back. I have opened an investigation and am disputing the charges. Will never use this company again. How can you just not refund somebody. An absolute joke of a company.

Didn't send me my order and won't respond to my emails. Don't buy from this company, they'll rip you off.

They only delivered a few of the items I ordered. When trying to contact them 5 seperate times on 3 different emails I have gotten ZERO replies. coming up on 3 weeks I cant get any reply. When I ordered from them the previous time I got the 200ml mystery bag. one of the juices was clearly way past expired with a horrible throat burn, and one of them had zero flavor and the remaining was just awful juices. Never using this site again and even though they have low prices I highly advise to not use this vendor.

I placed a order on Jan. 8th (#668852) and still have not received it I have emailed them 3 times and called them numerous time can not get ahold of anyone. Guess i am going to have to order from somewhere else.

I bought 6 bottles of juice at 55% off on cyber monday. It came in about 10 days, and I got exactly what I ordered. They sent a tracking number too. I paid 48.00 with shipping. Going into a local store here in town would cost almost 30 bucks for 1 bottle! I'm very happy with my purchase. The prices are great, and it comes right to my door. I definitely will use them again.

I ordered from this place on march 6th and still haven’t got my order and when I send emails I get no replies I spent almost 90$ on this site and still don’t have my order and can’t get a responds back to even find out where it’s at or what’s goin on with it I’m putting this review up hoping I can get some kind of answer after this review

So far so good! I've been shopping here for a couple of years or so. Good deals! Pretty fast shipping too. I don't know if I would even be vaping if it weren't for such good deals. Too expensive at local vape shops.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CAN'T GET A REPLY BACK FOR JUST AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING INFO. WHEN YOU CALL THE NUMBER FOUND ON WEB THEY ASK YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR BANK INFO TO JUST HELP YOU AND WILL NOT MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT IT. SCAM ALERT BIG TIME.

Used to be a great place to order from. All of my previous order were shipped the next business day.

But this last order never shipped. I contacted them a week later and they said they would check with the distribution center. Several more days went by without a reply. I asked again about the status of my order and no response but I did get my credit card refunded from them.

Still a waste of time spent picking out $150 worth of clearance deals.

Now the website shows the prices increased on everything I ordered and the website is a complete mess.

Wow did my shipment come fast! With all the reviews stating terrible shipping, I got to say, it was 8 days total and delivery couldn’t have been easier. Happy with the products and had some of the same exact product left to compare. Definitely not a knock off product. This site is absolutely a $ saver! Buy 4 or more bottles to make the shipping worth your time and you will be a happy vaper…lol

If I could give zero stars I would. Got caught up in a massive sell they were having. Got super excited to try different highly rated juices. Spent over 200$. It took over 3 weeks for the product to get shipped despite their next day policy, however on their website it states shipping delays so I didn't have a problem with it. It was going to be worth the wait. FINALLY, the boxcheck tracking updated to out for delivery. 13 business days later, I finally reached out to Ejuicedeals for any information on where my package could be because it was never even remotely attempted to be delivered, and it was lost. This experience was a complete nightmare and honestly I should of done more research before getting caught up in their great deals. Its a scam, don't waste your time and energy because mostly liked your products will not even get delivered.

I've waited 30 days for my order now. Still haven't received it! Customer service is a joke. Fake tracking number that the supposed shipper can't even find. DO NOT BUY from this rip off company!

They will take your money and hand off your order to some sketchy logistics company (Boxcheck by 24Seven Connect) and you will never get your package.

90% sure their tracker they give you if you ask is fake.

This company is a SCAM! They took my money, sent a tracking number to another fake company that said they tried to deliver the package 3 times, but that's a lie.
I was here every time they said they tried to deliver for the required signature. I have video cameras around my house and at the times they said they tried to deliver, they DID NOT! I see myself on the video so that's how I know I was home. They also don't answer emails! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE EJUICE.DEALS SITE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

They say they are located in Austin, TX, but my credit card says North Carolina. Call the phone number listed and it goes to India where they want you to verify your 15 digit card number!! No Way!

I just read a review n it’s exactly what’s happening to me right now. I ordered on Jan 1st n it is now February 1 st n I cannot get an update on where my package is. I have a tracking number that has not updated since the first week on Jan. I’ve written email after email n they tell me the same thing. It’s on its way. Then I went on Route n it said the tracking number is INVALID. I have ordered from Myvape on a Monday n received my order on Thursday that same week. This company takes your money n keeps it. Now I have to go to my bank n dispute the charges. I don’t know about other people out there but $100.00 is a lot of money right now.

I have ordered with this company once about a year ago and to my recollection it was fine. HOWEVER, the last 2 times, not so much. Back in November I placed an order. Never got anything more than a bogus tracking number that never updated and never gave any info. 20 days after they shipped, I finally got them to admit it was lost and to refund my money. In the meantime. I had ordered from another company and it came within a week.

Second time ordering with them was purely accidental. I got sucked in by the good deals and forgot what company I was ordering from. They had a tank I wanted and cheap juice, so I ordered. Their exorbitant shipping costs guarantee 5 to 14 days. I ordered on the 31st. Which I grant is a holiday, so let's count from the 3rd. Again a bogus tracking number that only updated once and then never updated. I started getting nervous cuz I was running out of juice, needed a new tank and assumed after 3.5 weeks that my order wasn't coming.

I spent 70 dollars. Fine. Got home put everything together. Looked at the tracking again just for kicks but still nothing. But wouldn't you know it, at about seven last night some shady character in an unrecognizable vehicle has my package, has me sign and is off on his merry way. So 18 days. Not terrible I suppose, but for what they charge for shipping they should be more transparent.

In my email communication with them after I received the one tracking update that my package was in a city one hour away from me on the 14th, I was informed that their policy is to give shipping company 10 days after they receive it to update the tracking. Not to get it delivered. Just to update the tracking.

So, buyer beware. There are multiple other companies who have similar prices and deals and expeditiously get your order to you. This company admitted to me thst in theory they would have been okay with waiting 21 days from when my package finally shipped, not to get to my door, but just for the shipper to inform when it might be delivered. That's at the very least one week longer than they promise.

It's just not worth the headache.

All you other people who are leaving reviews remember the PACT act? How about the holidays putting a strain on shipping? How about Covid? Yeah, real easy to put a nasty review when you forget about all of the issues that inhibit an online Vape Vendor, huh? Maybe cut these dudes some slack if the mail is a little slower than usual, which is not even something they can control? Lol, ya'll are so petty.

Horrible company. Used to give them to da of business but never again. If your willing to wait a month to get your order then go for it. Ridiculous
