£29 return fee and then an extra £9 for ‘insurance’ deducted from my refund and only a 4 day window in which to return the dress via UPS. I won’t be buying from them again. Outrageously expensive return fees.
Charged €35 euros for returning it!! Dress was ok but not worth the price in any way. Pattern not matched at sides and not enough material to drape properly at the back. I’m a uk 12. Very disappointed as had looked at this dress for a long time.
I received a dress; it was truly beautiful. I contacted them via several of their different communication channels. I had received a beautiful dress, but I noticed that the neckline wasn't symmetrical—it didn't hang evenly on both sides. I wrote to them about this issue, but got no reply. I ordered the same dress again to see if I’d just been unlucky, but it had the same flaw with the front neckline. I tried to get in touch with them, but received no response. Beautiful dresses, but the customer service is non-existent—unfortunately.
The dress was okay. Not the fabric I expected and way too thick for summer or even spring days.
So I decided to return it.
They charged me a 14€ fee for returning the item. This is ridiculous and completely customer unfriendly.
Would never purchase anything from this company again.
Placed an order on their website - NEVER received any information, confirmation, order number, or receipt.
I tried contacting them via the form on their website, via Instagram, opened a dispute via PayPal, NOTHING. Not even a reply.
This feels like a huge FRAUD.
Got a nice dress with no problems. The size as mentioned. Good quality of fabric and print.

Keeps payment. Denying it has been received, in spite of having receipts send to them. Simply fraudulent and lack of business moral
