Hit and run sales. Can't trust this company.

They do not honor the 30 day guarantee. Constantly trying to upsell you which left us with a serious lack of confidence in this company. You still have to do all the changes yourself. Its basically just an email string back and forth telling you what to change on the website but you still have to do everything. All the information they give is also available on Youtube tutorials.

On top of that, you revoked our access to your Merchant Center, preventing us from assisting you further, even though your 30-day money-back guarantee was still valid. Our process involves guiding you step by step, but it’s essential to follow the recommendations to maintain compliance.

Can't believe I'm even able to write…

These guys are awesome!....I was dealing with my suspension for months. I tried everthing, including hiring another person (who failed).They had my Merchant Center Account fixed within a week, and kept me in the loop with excellent communication. Would leave 6 stars if I could!

Helpful, but...

Having someone experienced in working with Google Merchant Center Issues help me, is definitely what I needed. I followed their suggestions and was able to clear my account. What didn't go well, and what I was a little annoyed with, however, was the lack of willingness to work with my WIX website. While understandable that they specialize and promote Shopify, I didn't see anything on their website stating they don't support WIX. It simply states they can help with all issues. Nonetheless, they did help me, and I am back in good standing with Google.

However, we were quite surprised by your comments regarding our support for Wix. To clarify, eighx.com works with all Merchant Center platforms, including Wix. When we mentioned that we couldn’t "work with your Wix website," it was specifically in reference to web design services, not Merchant Center management. Our role is to analyze your site, optimize your Merchant Center, and provide you with actionable recommendations for your website, implementing those changes on your site is up to you unless a dedicated web design service is purchased.

Our website clearly states that we support all platforms for Merchant Center management, and we strive to maintain transparency in our services. We are a small business, fully committed to helping other small businesses thrive, and we always aim to provide clear guidance to avoid misunderstandings.

Fast results (within a week)

Fast results (within a week). They provided the fix, and some instructions on things I needed to fix on the website theme. After a few iterations I was back on Google! Great communication as well, even on the weekend.
