I order DWVO makeup vanity with LED mirror a month ago.Order number HJR-33779924 I still haven't received the item, even though it says the parcel was delivered. I tried to contact them but was unable to contact or email them. This is a scam
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered a tv monitor which never arrived. First they said it was delivered to wrong address. Offered a small refund. Then said they would resend. Have been unable to contact as the help@eithtj email bounces back. Stay clear!

My teen daughter purchased several items from SSENSE (or PLFFOEI or EIEIHH as they also trade as). She paid for next day delivery, it didnt mention anywhere that they were not UK based (pointless paying for next day delivery). She waited the period of time stated on the website, but nothing came. She has emailed them several times asking for updates, but never receives any replies, despite them saying on their website "Most emails will be replied to within 1 business day". On her Order status it says its was handed over to the courier, but on the Order it clearly says in red Not Shipped. There is no phone number or any way to contact them. They took her money with no intention of ever sending any goods. AVOID they are a total SCAM.

INDCH, I would rate you a zero if I could. I spent a lot of money with this “legitimate” business. I mean a lot of money on 34 plants from this company who was going out of business. They supposedly had a brick and mortar store (greenhouse) that was open for many years and sadly they were having to close down due to unfortunate reasons, and they were crushed by the way it sounded in their intro. They even had a picture of the beautiful, huge nursery on their homepage. So since they were going out of business, they were left with many plants that had to be sold before they died. They were selling all of their plants at an extremely cheap price they also included ceramic pots. This site looked so legit from the way it was set up, nothing looked suspicious AT ALL. I could tell much time, money and, effort went into making this site so the thought of being scammed never crossed my mind. The homepage story under the nursery photo was really touching. I imagined an old couple who had put their heart and soul into a business, but had an unfortunate event happen that made them suddenly have to close down their pride and joy. So for that reason, I bought even more. After about a month and a half, I got on the website to check on my order. The website was still up so I could put my order number and email address in and it would let me know if my order had shipped or not. It still had not shipped so I sent an email to customer service. I promptly received an email back stating they were very sorry, but they were behind on orders but my order would be shipped out very soon, and I would receive an email as soon as it was with the tracking number. I never received anything. I started to worry, so I got on the website to check again the status of my order and the website was gone. All that was there was a warning message saying that this was a website that was attempting to steal my personal or financial information. I remember trying to pay for my order with PayPal and for some reason I could not. I can’t remember if it didn’t work or they did not have the option. That should’ve been my first red flag since PayPal can usually tell if you are on a website that is not secure and if they can’t and you pay through them, they will still refund your money if you have been scammed. I don’t know what to do to get my money back. They’re probably isn’t anything I can do, but I would like to warn anyone who comes across a website with a beautiful nursery and a sad story of having to go out of business PLEASE BE AWARE! And remember, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is! I should have known that when I looked at the prices.

I purchased a set of seat covers for 19.99 each. I guess I got scammed been almost 2 months and no product. I have emailed them and they keep saying that they are still in production...and they didn't offer a time for the production to get finished...and have ..it's a big fat SCAM..THEY ARE JUST FAKE.

These guys ripped me off! Fake company in China, they took my money and I have been waiting 3 months for my order. Ad said trusted seller, they are crooks! Do not deal with this company!!

Ordered product estimate on may 5th 2024 still have not received it, company ignoring all communication request, have asked for refunds, company does not respond , asked for phone number of company no response

I ordered plants under the name Yontta. Since then I have not seen one advertising for this company nor any correspondence. Why are they allowed to operate? I will be putting in a claim on my credit card and hopefully receive a credit back. Just goes to show that if a price is too good to be true then it probably isn't.

I only put one star because I had to so I could write a review. I paid $81:71 for a pair of seat covers the transaction was on the 26th of April it was processed on the 29th of April I have not received my order or any communication at all. How good are they to scam people old pensioners. There are several media outlets everybody should put their reviews on.
