EGO-FREE Fitness Arvostelua 

Since mid-February, I’ve been showing up—willingly—to a 7am Saturday run club. That sentence alone tells you how special this team is. Somehow, the Egofree crew managed to do the impossible: get me to commit to my health and actually enjoy the process.

Their monthly challenges keep me on track, their knowledge is inspiring without ever feeling intimidating, and their energy? Totally contagious in the best way :)
As a natural introvert, I usually shy away from group activities, but the Egofree community welcomed me with open arms and zero pressure. Now, I genuinely look forward to every meetup—it feels less like a workout and more like a reunion with family who just happen to be really good at motivating you.

I’m proud to be part of the Egofree family. Thank you for helping me understand that taking care of myself can actually be fun…And I’ve lost soooo much weight and gained more confidence!

I've got to say I've been with the Ego free community for just 2 weeks now and what a difference it's made to my mind set, the motivation, the support and the overall culture of the group is top tier. Really glad I joined and would recommend others to the same!! :)

It was September 2024 when I first saw the eggo-free workout through Danielle/Dlaw fitness, and she asked me if I wanted to join . I have been attending since and missing a workout with eggo-free community is not an option! There are a diverse group of people, with an amazing team ,Great workout regimens and if you don’t enjoy running try the running club it is a good start. They will never make you feel out of place and encourage great team work. I really appreciate their hard work , they have helped me and many other people in various ways.

Sometimes words are just words but if you check the videos/ pictures and other reviews you will know what I am talking about. Thank you guys!

Amazing fitness community to be a part of!

The Ego-Free team are a pleasure to train with in the gym, always encouraging others to push themselves and dig deeper. Working out with them has contributed to the confidence I am building through my fitness journey.

Whether it’s the Friday HIIT session they lead in Everlast, Lakeside, or their monthly fitness event, both of which are challenging and fun! They do a great job of including everyone (of all fitness levels) and making everyone feel like they are a part of their gym family!

It’s been amazing to see their growth over the last year and I look forward to seeing what’s next for them!

I love how Ego-Free have influenced me to become way more confident both in the gym & personally. They have made going to the gym way more enjoyable as you truly feel part of a community whether we are training together or on our own.

Thank you for creating such a safe & fun space where everyone feels like they belong.

I have been apart of the Ego-Free Community since August 2024 and this was one of the best decisions I made. I started off by watching the class whilst I was working out and then joined them for the Friday Hiit Class, leading to me attending the monthly events and then the Saturday run club. This is a real, great community to be apart of, a group were you can work together or take what you have learnt and work alone, either way they are always there to encourage and help you.
Each session I attend gets better and better but never easier.

It's a community everyone should be apart of ✌🏻
