Eco Greenenergy Solutions Group Ltd Arvostelua

Great service throughout. Always able to get through on the phone quickly and easily. Installation team were quick and efficient and made absolutely sure everything was clear on the app before completing.

The advice and installation team were great. Really happy with solar and battery system.

The installers arrived late and had not been told that it would be necessary to dig a channel from the house to the garage and lay a new connection to the battery. (We had paid extra for this). They were not prepared to do this, so instead used our existing internet connection. This works and their work seems fine but it means that we have no internet in the garage any more, cannot use the app to see how the battery is performing until we dig a new channel ourselves. (We were recompensed for the new connection but not for the extra work which we will have to do ourselves.)

I am pleased to recommend this company. Communication was clear from the beginning of the application process through to the installation. Everything went very smoothly on the day of installation and the Inverter, Battery and 11 solar panels were installed professionally and efficiently. The system was explained to me and I was given instruction on how to use the app on my phone and we are already benefiting from reduced electricity usage/costs.

Solution was installed ahead of schedule and in time to get used to using it before the winter. Very quick and tidy installation alongside our existing solar PV inverter and switchgear. The system began storing our excess solar power immediately for use later. Our usage of grid electricity has now dropped significantly as a result. Next looking to configure it to store cheaper off peak electricity during the winter months when solar generated power is much less.

The communication was very good and the battery is performing very well.

From initial contact with staff in the office and on-site survey through to the installation team everyone has been very helpful, answered points that i raised and on the day undertook installation professionally with the minimum of disruption. Explaining how the work was to be carried out and how the system worked gave me confidence in the installation team. I must also mention the scaffolding company that provided access. Their visit the day before was well planned, scaffolding erected quickly with no fuss as was removal a number of days after installation.
An important consideration for me was that the installation team was employed by EGS Ltd and not sub-contracted out.

Our order was dealt with efficiently from start to finish and we were kept regularly informed of its status and expected installation date. Any questions to customer service were answered quickly and clearly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eco Greenenergy Solutions.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Installation engineers were efficient, tidy and explained how everything worked.

The whole process was handled extremely well. Fitters were superb and worked until late evening to complete the task in 1 day and not the quoted two, they didn’t stop. The panels look really neat and the whole job was completely professional. Customer services are excellent and Scott has been so patient and helpful.
It is really useful to have an app installed for you so that you can see how much power is being produced and used. Our current electricity costs are extremely low because we have a 6k battery and a lot of our energy comes from this and we are even heating the water at the moment so our gas usage is really low. The most difficult and slowest part of the process is getting your energy supplier organised to pay for the kwk’s we are exporting which is not eco energy fault.
We are so please with eco energy solutions

The entire process was carried out without fuss. Everything was explained at every stage. The scaffolders and installers were very efficient, polite and tidy. I can recommend this company without any reservation.

The experience on the whole was great. Only a couple of things made it 4 rather than 5 stars. After booking the installation date the scaffolder did not contact us until the Sunday before they wanted to erect it on the Monday. This was the day before the installation was due to be done. The installation team arrived and were very pleasant to deal with. However there were additional requirements for our installation that meant they completed the installation at 23:00. They did ask if we were happy for them to stay, but it seems unreasonable that the survey did not include checking the loft for access and that they were not given sufficient time to carry out the installation over 1.5 days instead.

Well organised and a good job

The installers were very efficient and were very polite and explained the installation clearly

Installation of Back Up battery system. Very professional & knowledgeable fitters. No mess. Installation looks very good.

Very helpful and efficient service. Very happy with our installation.

Very efficient
I was impressed by the communication before installation. All the communication with ‘other bodies’ was done for us
We felt confident in the process
The surveyor was friendly and helpful. The response from the ‘office staff’ was always quick. We were kept informed by e mail of all the stages
Scaffolding team were efficient and polite
Installers were efficient and adaptable. Only minor issue was a missing lead but this was sorted at our convenience
Post installation documentation was extensive

Installation was excellent, your installers were polite, courteous and diligent workers. They worked until 10pm to get the job finished which was over and above expectations.

This company has given me the best experience ever right from the onset of a quote to final commission of the equipment they supplied and fitted. Left my house as they found it, clean. All the workforce are pleasant and knowledgeable in their work and giving advise.

The installation was weather delayed (not really surprising) and did not work first time but was quickly sorted out (having panels on two roofs it needed to use two inputs to the inverter, not one as installed) and the panel count (9 instead of 10) resulted in invoicing errors. Since then system has worked well, but getting the documentation is problematic. The manuals I had to resort to downloading from other sources using the model number information on the quotes and we still have not seen any warranty documents over 5 months after installation. The manuals are important in case we have to change the Wi Fi at the very least
The installation is working as expected, we are largely running on solar now and using the battery to store night time power in the winter using off peak electricity
