Egard Watch Arvostelua 10

I purchased a beautiful Egard Carbon Beast from the company late September. It didn't keep time real well, about 4 minutes off each day but I thought "It's a showpiece so the time is accurate enough for an evening out." Then the strap broke during Thanksgiving. I sent it in with my concerns. Thru a lot of BS emails back and forth I finally received a "repaired" watch back only to have the strap break before I got it on my wrist and checking it i found it still unreliable at timekeeping. It's being repaired again. The $500 watch I purchased to show off and people would be more impressed with a Casio or Timex. My free Toucan Sam watch worked flawlessly. It's been 7 months and they have my watch. I bought in for the Christian based, themed advertising but it doesn't seem so Christian any longer, just BS..

This company is untrustworthy. I pre-ordered a watch for my husband for Christmas. In October. I had to personally reach out multiple times to see if there was any indication of a delivery date. I was told, before Christmas, but still given no clear date. Then I got another email from the "CEO" saying something about distribution issues and an offer for free trinkets as a token of appreciation for my patience. I just wanted to know if the watch would arrive by Christmas. YES, they said. Then not 24 hours later, I got another email with condolences saying it would NOT arrive for Christmas. On the website, the watch I purchased is still being sold ($100 dollars more than what I purchased it for)saying that only 50 would be made and had a delivery date of NOVEMBER. Just shady, lack of clear communication and could not keep their end of the deal. I wonder how many more people bought that "limited edition" watch and are being scammed like I was? Don't give these people your money. What a waste of time.

Paid for a watch 60 days ago and yet to receive it. Have reached out to their customer service email address 3 times with no response. Calling my credit card company and getting the charge reversed

My wife purchased an Egard watch for me for my birthday last year. I've had multiple issues with it. There was a screw that fell out of the side, which they did send me another couple of screws to replace the one. But THEN the day of the week hand fell off, and within a couple of months the second hand fell off. I've had a LOT of watches over my life. I've NEVER had this many issues. Egard's Customer Support told me "I am very sorry for all the issues. We will be reviewing the quality control procedures at the factory to avoid this from happening. We did have the issue with the screws on the logo plate on the side of the watch. That was due to a disgruntled employee but other than that the watch has been quite reliable up to now." But since I've sent the watch back to them it's been virtually silent. I've sent several emails asking for updates and have not heard from them in a month. I notice they aren't showing any ratings on Amazon nor their website. So now, they've had my watch for months and I have no idea when or IF I'll get it back. It's disgraceful.

This is incredibly cheap stuff. Like, ridiculously cheap. A good rule of thumb is that you can basically assume that any company that isn’t focused on it’s actual product in their marketing is making a bad actual product. So, “We’re not woke” as statement #1 before “This is a nice watch” isn’t a great sign.

Just order one from China- it’ll be nicer.

These are not luxury watches. Fairly generic designs with Chinese manufacturer cases and movements. Nothing wrong with that per se, but the likes of Seagul do it better at a quarter of the cost. A "fashion" brand masquerading as luxury.

Purchased 3 of their watches. I get more compliments on them than any other watches I own. Super happy and the quality is amazing.

I bought a self winding. It kept stopping after 2 hours of not wearing it. It took 10 days before anyone at Egard responded to my complaint. Then the person was very rude. Later after I returned the watch, I did a review. The same person responded to my review and basically called me a liar stating they couldn't find anything wrong with the watch. Don't buy a watch at Egards, they could care less about customer service, and careless about you.

Do not do business with this company. Sends defective merchandise - significant scratches
and spots on crystal of watch as if watch had been used or returned previously. Does not respond to emails. Does not issue refunds in a timely manner. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal or I never would have gotten my money back.

They advertised thier watches movement to be Seiko. But it comes out they are Chinese mechanical movement. They admitted that they are Chinese through email. Very inaccurate watch, 1 minutes faster a day. I wasted more than $800AU, and they don't accept returns and full refund
