They said they would refund my money and have not done what they promised.
These guys are not to be trusted. I was within an hour of my cancellation time and they build my card to $49. I asked them very kindly to refund it as I was not in the area that I could use a computer at the time. I left a message for a callback and never got a call back until I complained online and then I had to call them myself again. I’m a senior citizen on a limited budget and they didn’t care. Very rude would not recommend them to anybody.

I thought this was a free form but when I went to download and print I had to provide a credit card number-even with a “FREE 7 day trial offer” after filling out the form I had no choice but to submit payment.
I hope the form with my information is not used erroneously.

Response to my request to cancel my service was easy compared to other companies who have made it difficult to discontinue service. Navigation to request and edit my documents was also quite simple, not so most of the with other websites.
