Effortless Swimming Arvostelua 

I ordered the Nano flex goggles hoping they would not leave me with raccoon eyes after every swim. The goggles were very comfortable and didn’t fog, but I still had goggle marks. Effortless Swimming responded to my concerns ASAP. They had some suggestions. The goggles worked better, but still some marks around my eyes. ES has now offered me a new goggle to try with no cost to me. I’m excited to try and I can’t say enough nice words about the customer service at ES!!

My first pair of goggles wasn’t a perfect fit and the customer service team was exceptional in ordering me a replacement pair in another style. Highly recommend!

I have been using the Recon style goggles and decided to try the Flex style; unfortunately, that style didn't fit my face well and caused the goggles to leak. I reached out and was sent a replacement pair, Recon style, immediately. Exceptional customer service! Thank you

I had some issues with the goggles I had purchased. Not surprising, as I seem to have a challenging face shape for swim goggles (haha). Effortless Swimming responded promptly to my issue, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They were super courteous and kind.
Other than my issues with fit, I have to say the goggles are very well made and so clear to see through. I also really like the look.

I participated in the Japan Swim Camp in July of '26. What a great experience! The trip started/ended in Tokyo, but was mostly on the western coast of the Izu peninsula. The group was around 14 swimmers, 2 coaches, plus several local guides. The trip provided a great combination of 1)touring and experiencing both Tokyo and a more local Japanese town 2)world class coaching 3)lovely swimming waters on the Izu coast.

We were able to do a film session in a local pool early in the trip and got personalized coaching thru the camp. We swam 5-6km per day, using local boats, but there are options for different skill levels/abilities and it's very accessible. Great kayak and boat support throughout the swims, and the coastlines and scenery is lovely. Accommodations were great - excellent local food, comfortable rooms, and in-hotel onsen.
Coaching (Brenton and Tasmynne) is world class, non-judgmental and aligns to the Effortless swimming approach.
This trip is great if you are looking to experience Japanese culture and do some amazing swimming at the same time!

The goggles themselves are fantastic. Super comfortable and clear. But the customer service is just as fantastic. My second pair of goggles was fogging up. They had me try one thing and when that didn’t work they offered me a new pair of my choosing no questions asked. No continual back and forth like most customer services….prompt response and fixed the issue with a new pair that’s already been shipped. They stand by their product and it shows. Thank you Ivan and the rest of the customer service team for a pleasant experience!!!

I’ve just finished my second camp with Effortless Swimming—this time the Open Water Adventure in Japan, after attending the Maldives camp last year. At the same time, I’ve been working with Tas through her online coaching, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

Everything Effortless Swimming offers is outstanding, whether it’s the online coaching, one-on-one sessions, or the camps. Everything is extremely well organized, professional, and enjoyable.

Tas and Brenton, together with their guest coaches, are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They have a great ability to quickly identify what’s holding your stroke back and explain exactly what you need to do to improve. Their coaching is clear, encouraging, and highly effective.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Effortless Swimming to anyone who wants to improve their swimming, regardless of their current level. It’s been an amazing experience, and I’m already looking forward to the next camp.

I fell in love with my first pair of effortless goggles but unfortunately they began to malfunction (leaking) after 4 months of soft use. I raised this with the team and they were incredibly understanding, offering to send a replacement pair. I am looking forward to trying them out again as Speedos just aren’t cutting it! Great customer service and solid product (provided this pair last a little longer!).
