Happy customer, legit company, took 18 days to arrive.

I ordered my glasses on 4/1 and received them on 4/18. Between the negative reviews on Trustpilot and the tracking website they use called 17track with all its popups I was sure I had gotten scammed. I emailed them and they said it was on the way so I waited a few more days and to my surprise they arrived via a carrier called SwiftX and they actually look really nice and fit well. So, they are a legit company, just give them time to arrive. I am happy with my purchase.

Perfect glasses

I recently got two frames from EFE glasses! The website is easy to use, especially to upload your prescription. They came fast, and I’m in love with both pairs I got! The sizing is accurate and I’m looking forward to ordering again! I’ve been wearing them everyday since I got them and they are my new favourite glasses. This was a collaboration….

This was a collaboration so I was sent glasses. The person I was messaging was very sweet, I asked for sunglasses and they said it wasn’t part of the collab options so they could send me blue light glasses. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my package and received 2 blue light glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses 🕶️. It could have been an accident but I am happy with the service. The shipping did take quite a while with a weird shipping tracking process but overall they came in nicely with individual cases for all! Thanks EFE! Keep in mind this review was a collaboration for tiktok so I’m not sure how buyer experience is:))

My husband placed an order from this company and has yet to receive the glasses. He placed the order on 12/17/2025. Today is 4/3/2026 and still nothing. His order#251209015533 this company is a total scam now we are out $45. Stay away!!!!!

Customer Service tries to gaslight you on bad orders.

I ordered a pair of classes with them, used PayPal and it filled in all my contact info. No contact from the company, PayPal notice for order, and that they were shipped.

Got the glasses which were supposed to be progressive lenses. Well I could see with them. Everything was blurry, so I contact customer service, after not seeing my order on the website. I contact CS with info from PayPal and after 3 days they find my order, they ask for my RX, send a Pic and they say it's correct, offer a 50% discount on new pair.
I said ok cuz PayPal wouldn't do anything. Well I ordered a pair from Goggles4u.com, same Rx and I see fine. I email EFE cs and they ask for the info on the new glasses and I send it from the website and EFE says that the new glasses were progressive lenses and I ordered reading glasses from them.

I am 65 been wearing glasses over 4 decades and I have never worn, ordered or bought reading glasses.

UPDATE!
I saw on their website they offer 30 return policy and money back guarantee, when zi asked them they replied that I could return the glasses but there's a 30% fee for lenses, and they don't refund shipping costs. The email included the address and instructions. It also included the description of the progressive glasses I ordered!
I emailed them again and confronted the bold faced lie that I ordered READERS. I demanded either they remake the glasses I ordered or a full refund.

On March 30 they emailed that they have initiated a FULL REFUND that could take up to 5 business days, this entire issue started on March 7 when I received the glasses.

They have issued a full refund so I gave them 2 stars, they said to log into my account, kinda difficult to do because when I paid with PayPal I was never prompt to establish an account and after ordering I never got even a thanks for your order from EFE, the only information I got was from PayPal.

Unbeatable Value and Quality for Canadians

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am absolutely blown away by my experience with EFE. I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses, and the total cost was only $189.53 CAD. In Canada, you would be hard-pressed to find even one pair of basic glasses for that price, let alone two with these high-end features.
My order included:
* One pair with Progressive, Photochromatic (Grey 1.56) lenses.
* One pair of Single Vision classic dark grey (1.56) sunglasses.

Despite a slight delay due to a holiday overseas and a proactive correction of a prescription error by their quality control team, the communication was excellent. I received them three days ago and the "Wow" factor was immediate. The accuracy of the prescription and the frame fit—without an in-person fitting—is incredible.

If you want high-quality eyewear at a fraction of the typical retail cost, I cannot recommend this company enough. A five-star salute to EFE!

First order from EFE

Ordered from EFE for the first time. After two weeks with no update on the process I emailed them. Recieved a reply within a day apologizing as they were delayed due to Chinese New Year celebrations and closures, guess it goes for several weeks. Once they advised it was moving I was able to track the until they actually hit Canada then it went silent. Recieved it within a week of the arrival in Canada and was happy with fit, look and perscription quality. I would recomend EFE and will use them again. Other than minor shipping issues I am pleased.

I ordered a pair of glasses and sunglasses on the 2nd of March 2026 today is March 24th and tracking where the items are they are still far from my destination. I'm disappointed because they advertised that by ordering from them I would receive the glasses within a few days. Mine are coming from China; somehow I was switched to the China website rather than the Canadian one. I would never choose anything other than Canadian unless there was no option. Make sure when you order that you're not automatically switched to China rather than Canadian if you're Canadian.

Took 33 days to receive my glasses

Took 33 days to receive my glasses, very cheap case nothing like what’s shown in advertisements. Glasses are ok but services was way to slow, will not likely order again.

Be warned, frames are very small!

Well, they are cheap for a reason! I bought three frames, no lenses. The frames are very small, small enough to be classed as child size when it comes to the width of the frames, and even a slightly bigger than average head will find them far too tight to wear. The frames are also very light and weak; this was no surprise considering the price. There was a delay with shipping; frames only are listed as being shipped within twenty-four hours; however, mine took over five days, and then I was contacted, telling me one pair was out of stock. I then chose to upgrade the shipping to express, which, considering the issues with frame sizes, was a waste of money. I can't fault the service I received via email when discussing the shipping concerns, but that is about the only positive thing I can say.
