The mobility scooter looks just what we were looking for. We are not sure when it is due to arrive but we are both really looking forward to it and hope it arrives soon. My husband is very disabled and can’t wait to be independent again. Will you let us know what day it will arrive nearer the time please so we will be in and not at the doctors?

Charlotte really helped me on the refund process. Although we got less than what we paid cause logistics back and forth were deducted, we were happy how Charlotte communicated and handled the process.

Haven't received the item yet, ordered over a month ago. I'm still a bit worried.
My last query said it should be here 1 September. I hope that's correct.
Apparently this is due to logistics and supply allocation.
It's a shame my order wasn't checked and put forward the two previous times I checked on it.
Update 7 September: The desk arrived today.
