I usually get a petite ham or two petite hams. I think they are easier to slice and a little more to our taste. But, The half ham was great! Edward's hams are perfect, not too salty, but. agreat tasting ham!!

Debby, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us your review. Our goal is to provide customers with a superior service and product, and we want their experience with us to be a positive one. Thank you for your purchase.
I received the ham without shipping delay, and it was still cold when removed from the styrofoam packing. I stored it at 34 degrees until Easter. Upon opening, the flavor was off, but I sliced, heated, and served it anyway, and nobody got sick, but we didn’t enjoy it as much as we expected. I wrapped and refrigerated the leftovers promptly, but the following day, it had the telltale ammonia smell of decay, and I threw it out. A sad, pale imitation of real Smithfield ham of yore. So disappointing.
