I had ordered agreement on 5 May 2026 and paid amount online and they sent me the draft but didn't execute and I was in delima that agreement will be stuck in currier service or transportation. Then finally I called on 18 may 2026. They had not executed the order only and one of the representative call and say the notary will be done in pune but I said it's Maharashtra. What a lay back attitude for customer service until you don't follow up your work will not be executed. Plz see if your notary is same district. They wasted my time money and energy.
Plz be concious before taking the service.

They did the work. It was a lengthy process. Communication towards the end could have been better but the work was done and they gave an honest estimate of the duration it will take.

A few things for improvement to the edrafter executive team.
* Ensuring the website ask right questions while taking order, and validating area covered vs not covered, additional delivery charges for non-coverage area etc.
* There are various denominations stamp paper for different states, ensure you are making your site ask right questions and so make clients pay the right amount in the first order itself. (Avoid offline corrections as much as you could)
