Edmondson's IT Services Arvostelua

they did a migrations for us on our onedrive and everything went to plan as they said it would, was a very smooth transition with help on hand every step of the way. would like to give a special mention to Amber who was great throughout the whole experience.

Craig was really helpful in helping our business needs. Our previous provider was very unreliable, we were having issues every other day with our emails which was affecting our business operations.
I contacted Edmondson's IT and from the very first message they helped my and the rest of our team through everything. Our emails are all back up and running, at a very reasonable price too. I can't thank them enough for the support they've given us

I have used Edmondsons multiple times in the past two years and can fully recommend the service. They go above and beyond.

Couldn't recommend Edmondsons anymore, the team have worked so hard to make sure all of our businesses run as smoothly as possible and are always there to answer queries or put our minds at ease. It has completely restructured the way we work and we are SO much more efficient! Craig and Amber are especially helpful and we are enjoying building a great partnership with them. Thanks to all at Edmondsons for cracking service!

Very helpful and quick to look into any issues we have. We use Edmondsons for both IT Support Services + have also had them create some software for us to help streamline the business - overall very happy with them and their services.

If we could leave 10 stars we would! Great company and the staff are all excellent especially Amber and Nialls. They worked with us providing and installing our new system, worked well with our 3rd party software providers and nothing was too much hassle/. Always at the end of a phone or email. We can't rate them highly enough and would recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Edmondsons IT services. We use Edmondsons for all of our IT support. They consistently provide an excellent service responding quickly to any queries we may have even on a weekend. As our company grows, I will definitely look to engage with more of the services they have to offer.

We moved to Edmondson's at the start of 2022 & we are very happy with the level of service. It was a hassle-free transition & they helped upgrade our dated IT systems. They also set us up with the VoIP phone system which will save us around £800 a month in the long term. Highly recommended!

We have used Edmondson's IT for over 15 years for our 10 PC's and 2 servers network and the service is always fast and efficient. We experience very little down time, as faults are often detected and fixed before they affect our work. We also have the piece of mind of their very reliable off site full back up service.

Edmondsons IT have recently take over our companies full IT system from an old supplier. This has been a smooth transition and communication was fabulous throughout the way. Moving to a new building and using a new supplier can be stressful but this was never the case with Edmondsons. Always keeping us in the loop and getting things done as fast as they possibly can. Highly recommend.

Edmondsons IT always step up to the challenge!! Very efficient and friendly!! Easy to work with and would highly recommend!! Well
Done guys!!!

Excellent company, always able to bring a solution to the table and nothing is too much for them. Have been with them for around 6 months now and am very pleased with the service so far.

Very professional and knowledgable workforce that are also friendly and helpful.
Would recommend to anybody to use Edmondsons IT.
Special mentions go out to Amber and Niles who bend over backwards to help us, even outside of normal office hours.

Always help me out proficiently with our company's needs. Very responsive at all times.

We could not be happier with the advice and service from Edmondson's IT. It was a huge relieve to explain what we would like from our IT systems and for Amber to understand and explain how this could be implemented. The whole process was seamless and Dennis made us feel confident throughout migration, explaining and being on hand whenever we put a call in.
We cannot recommend Edmondson's IT enough and we look forward to building our relationship as our business continues to grow.

We have been a customer of Edmondson's IT for 6 years and will continue to do so, they have always served us well and we are reliant on their support.

Great service and spedy response to any online issues.

As a sole trader in need of professional IT help, I did wonder if I might be a bit "small" for Edmondson's help - I needn't have worried. From start to finish Edmondson's were professional, courteous, timely and very helpful. No hesitation in recommending them and look forward to working with them in the future.

I am a small business owner and was looking for some help with issues such as setting up email for a new starter, management of domain and a shared drive. Amber was amazing, took control of everything and also saved me money from paying for email I wasn't able to use. I am so pleased to have found this company and won't be handling my own IT again!

Outstanding professional service from all at Edmonndsons 24/7.
Could not wish to be associated / partnered with a better IT company.
We invited Edmondsons to give us an IT health check and with the minimum of fuss have updated and upgraded all things IT
