Excellent customer service

Had some minor trouble after VPS restart, but their support is top notch, as I have experienced every time I have needed their help.

Super helpful and nice people working there!

I have been customer for over 10 years, I think, at this is maybe 3rd time I had any problems that needed their support, so extremely reliable service too!

Everything worked smoothly

Everything worked smoothly during that time. The uptime was excellent, and as far as I can remember, it was basically 100%. The network speed was solid, the hardware was reliable, and the whole service felt stable and easy to use. Overall, it was a very comfortable provider to work with.

The only reason I eventually had to leave was the traffic allowance. Because of the specific nature of my server workload, I needed more traffic than was included in the plan. To be fair, they do let you buy extra traffic, so this was more about my own requirements than a real fault of the provider.

If not for that, I would have been happy to stay. Overall, I can say EDIS Global left a positive impression on me, and I think it is a good provider.

I love everything about Edis Global

I love everything about Edis Global. In my opinion who have been in Data Center business for over 20 years they are one of the best and fastest growing Internet infrastructure in the world. Their support is top notch. They are available 24/7 and literally try to help you in everything they have control on.

Very Professional Provider

scam , they take the payments automatically after 2 weeks of cancellation of sevice. stay away . going to charge back from the bank!!

Great VPS provider

Great prices, fast servers, big seleciton of datacentre locations, quick support, can pay with crypto. What else to ask for? Using this VPS provider for 2 years now, very happy with it.
