ELC Sales & Lettings  Arvostelua

ELC were very professional throughout the process. In particular Claudia and Fraser were very easy to work with.

ELC are a fantastic letting agency to rent out your properties. Great advice and support, quick to respond to emails or phonecalls, they make everything hassle free. Shout out to Claudia who is a gem...professional, efficient and friendly.

Fraser Jamieson was the most efficient letting agent.

Our tenants were delighted.

Thank you !!

I am a landlord and have let my flat via ELC for a number of years. During that time I have had two tenants. Both were carefully selected by ELC and have been good tenants. The first couple stayed for ages and when they moved on to buying their first property, ELC found another excellent tenant without any void period. They are prompt with actioning any repairs required by tenants and prompt in keeping me informed. They are prompt in issuing statements and payments. The team are all lovely and helpful and know the local market well. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

Amazing experience finding a flat through ELC! Fraser was very proactive in helping us find a beautiful new home. Claudia, too, was super friendly and accommodating when it came to arranging a viewing. Communication with ELC is fast and effortless, they really go above and beyond for their customers. This company really stands out from the vast sea of Edinburgh letting agencies.

Leak coming in my property from the flat above which they manage. No answer at the flat so tried to contact the Edinburgh Letting Centre but their emergency number closes at 5 (not an emergency number). Absolutely no contact or response when asking for updates. Shocking customer service. How hard is it to send a quick email update!!

Thanks Edinburgh letting centre for fixing
