The Edinburgh Clinic Arvostelua 

Joint Solutions: I was referred by my GP to see consultant orthopaedic surgeon Mr Iain Brown for a consultation. After he examined me he sent me along the corridor to have an MRI scan of both shoulders. When I was done I saw Mr Brown again for a review of the images, he recommended steroid injections just now, although I may need surgery in future. So far the injections have allowed me to carry on as normal, pain free. It allows me to cycle as much as I want with no limitation caused by pain from my shoulders. All done in one session, very impressed!

From the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere to the outstanding care and professionalism, this uniquely different medical establishment could not be bettered. I have no hesitation in recommending The Edinburgh Clinic and will definitely use their expertise again.

Two days prior to going on a lengthy Christmas holiday my left shoulder seized up despite ongoing physiotherapy. It was decided that further investigation was required immediately because the holiday destintation meant that treatment on holiday was not realistic and the shoulder problem would have seriously blighted the holiday. An appointment was quickly arranged for the next day with a musculoskeletal radiology consultant for an ultra sound investigation. The appointment was handled very professionally and resulted in a clear diagnosis and treatement on the spot, all within an hour. This enabled me to go on holiday early the next day in the knowledge that the shoulder had been treated and would improve - which it did. The Clinic went out of its way to make this possible and it made a huge difference to the holiday. This is the flexibility and service that we are paying for - money very well spent ! I would happily recommend the clinic.

I found the booking experience was fast and efficient with the reminder txt message being very welcome. The care and professionalism I received all the way from reception to the consultant ophthalmologist was outstanding. I cannot recommend The Edinburgh Clinic more highly.

My wife and I have recently attended the Edinburgh Clinic to complete full health-screening. Despite some minor issues around arranging a double-booking the process from appointment to completion can only be described as excellent. As you can imagine a full health-check can be both daunting and challenging, however, the staff remained professional, attentive to need and most reassuring at all times. Particular mention must be given to Eve Robertson who provided exceptional levels of care and support throughout our journey. We have no hesitation in recommending the Edinburgh Clinic and would certainly use their services in the future.

The Edinburgh Clinic is my first experience of receiving medical treatment outwith the NHS and although there is an expense this was well worth while given the speed at which I was invited for consultation until completion of treatment, the quality of treatment and the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff from reception through to consultants. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering private medical treatment.

When my optician advised I had cataracts I decided to take the bull by the horns rather than wait till I could be treated on the NHS. I'm lucky, I have insurance so why not put to use.
I was a little apprehensive but the staff at The Edinburgh Clinic were very friendly and helpful at all stages and really made me feel I was in good hands. The surgery went smoothly (no pain during or after) and I can now see clearly without the use of spectacles. Colours are also a lot brighter now, even in January. I'd encourage anyone to just go for it!
