Too much effort to rectify store errors
It is unfortunate that I had such a poor experience shopping online with this store as they stock a great range of designers. They need to ensure that stock is available prior to a customer making a purchase and simplify returns by providing a prepaid label. Following three consecutive errors made by them, I have concluded that it is too much effort to continue shopping with them.

Dear Warm Glow,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience with us.
We do our best to ensure a smooth journey, from online to delivery. Unfortunately, during our sales period our limited catalogue of styles and sizes move quickly, and our small team is under higher pressure. We constantly aim towards speedy returns handling and improving our processes such as order packing and stocktakes.
As a small independent business we are at the time unable to offer a free returns label in every parcel, but if ever there is a mistake on our part we follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We value your feedback and for any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our team on info@ediitstore.com .
Kind Regards,
Ediit Team

The saleswomen there are THE BEST IN LONDON
The sales ladies at Queen's Park are the greatest. They're beyond helpful and a pleasure to shop with. Not just saying this but they're a major reason I spend money there. They pick out the most perfect items and sized for you and are a joy to be around.

Fantastic service and selection!
Very nice store with a great selection of clothes and accessories, and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I received my order very quickly, and they even arranged for it to be delivered to the location most convenient for me despite being short-staffed. I’m really grateful for their excellent service!

Perfect Internet Shopping Experience
Fantastic customer service and extremely helpful if there is a problem. I've ordered several times and dispatch and delivery has been super quick. The last delivery was held up but that was down to the courier. The staff at Editt were very helpful, emailing the courier and got the issue sorted for me. Highly recommend Ediit.

Another straw hat!
I’d already bought a straw hat there and wanted it in another colour. The lady in the Queen’s Park branch located one for me and is getting it sent over from Islington. Great customer service. I love the shop
