I received the most amazing service. I tasked them with repeating an order I’d made quite a few years ago and they found it so quickly. Within a couple of days the cake toppers had arrived.

A great company to order from.
Plenty of designs to choose from or you can design your own.
Quick and easy to order from and supper fast delivery.
Have used on a number of occasions now and will carry on doing so.
I work at a school and the pupils love the designs for theme days we hold, and also the staff for buffets. Great that they are all alleged free too!

Hi Karl, thank you for your review. We are disappointed to see that you have given us a 2 star review here. We have checked the details on your order and can see that your order was placed on Saturday 4th May with your chosen delivery method being Royal Mail Special Delivery. As Monday 6th May was a bank holiday, your order was posted on Tuesday 7th May as per the notices on our website. It was then delivered by Royal Mail the next day on Wednesday 8th May.
We had a large banner on all pages of our website stating that Monday 6th May was a bank holiday and that All orders placed after 1pm on Friday 3rd May will be processed once we re-open on Tuesday 7th May.
We hope you are able to reconsider your review, as a small business we pride ourselves on excellent customer service, so if you would like to get in touch with us to discuss further, please send us an email or message and we will be happy ot help.
