I sat through the long social media video which criticised everyone for making money from people's struggle with weight loss , saying how altrustic he is ..however when you get to the end he also asks for money to join ' His crew' and start his version of a cave man's keto diet of eggs & meat to beat insulin spikes. .Obviously no good for anyone who ethical opposes eating meat .
The hype and pressure to buy is still there but curated to feel different .
Not for me .

Definitely an excellent programme. I feel so much better now than ever before. It has worked tremendously for me and my family. Lost literally my big potbelly just by switching to single ingredients whole foods. I am not looking back. No craving whatsoever for junk food/ultra processed "food". Thank you Eddie. I am eternally grateful.

Wow, this really does work joined last year and started to see results straight away. If you really want to see changes in your weight and how you feel this is the way to go. My health has improved 10 hold, my blood pressure is now back to normal and have more energy to do the things I used to do positive all the way nothing but positive reviews for Eddie - he has changed my life

Joined the Abbew Crew last year and it works! Pure common sense, do as Eddie says and the weight just falls off, you feel so much better in your body and in your mind. Love the food I am eating now and that includes things that previously I thought were too high in fat. Now I eat these foods and don't put any weight on but then again I don't eat any rubbish any more. Thank you Eddie!

The abbew crew community is soo helpful in the path to fatloss and muscle building, also the weekly live zoom calls where you can ask Eddy anything, are very helpful and motivational, the plan works,and its the community and zoomcalls that hrlp to stay accountable, i love it and recomend it anyone on a journey for better helath ,fatlosd and muscle building, Eddy knows what he teaches ,he practices what he preaches !! All the Love, All the Power!!

I joined Eddie’s crew 5 months ago. The benefits to my health has been unbelievable. I have lost 3 stones in weight, reversed my 20 year history of Type 2 diabetes, I’m now taking no insulin or anti diabetic medication.
Less joint pain, plantar fasciitis gone and more energy than I can remember. I have always had problems with my weight and been to every weight loss club and tried every diet, but this gas been so easy and has proven that it’s what you eat not how much is the answer. Can’t even remember how I found this plan but so glad that I did. The community feeling and support is the best I’ve known with a real ‘family’ feeling.

What a fabulous find! Been an Abbew Crew member now for 9 months, the community is fantastic. Eddie is the most genuine person. I’ve lost 56lbs, I’m stronger, fitter, healthier, my mind is clearer and I sleep better. I have no qualms in recommending anyone to try this. If you’ve been trying to loose weight, if you don’t feel brilliant, if you’ve tried everything else then just try this for 90 days, I can honestly say that you won’t regret it and to top it all you won’t be paying out subscription fees every month!

This is the first diet that works for me. Before it took me 2 years to loose 4 stone via a slimming group meeting weekly. Inevitably, the weight started piling back on. With Eddie, I easily lost 1.5 stone in 3 months. No craving, no starving.

As ive gotten older. Eating salad and low fat food, no longer works for me. Ive tried every diet to shift at least 3 stone to no avail, loose the 1st week then stops 2nd week, 3rd week then I loose the will power. Have seen this a few times, watched Eddie's video and thought hmmmm, that makes sense, but never had the free funding to join. November last year was my starting point. Watched Eddie's video again n thought "hey what's have I got to loose" so I paid and joined the community.
I bought an A4 book and planned my diet, did my shopping and begun the weight loss journey.

In the 1st week I lost 8 pounds, I wasn't hungry and enjoyed what I ate and made. I did my homework on recipes and cooked the most delicious meals.
Ive been loosing steadily since. I put 4 pound on over Xmas but lost that plus 1 when I went straight back on it on 2nd January.
I highly recommend this diet especially if you've tried all else and failed.
My whole diet has changed, my habbits have changed. This is also key. If I want to be naughty I am but I pull it back the next day or 2.

Better personal expertise from Eddie than using a faceless app with no interaction, and great having the community option to draw on and communicating with people around the globe for advice and encouragement.

Best thing I ever did was to join the Abbew Crew! It has literally saved my husband’s health and I am now slim, fit and actually able to think straight even going through menopause.
