Honestly they are always great at responding to my quires big and small they always have knowledgable answers to my questions and resolve and get back to me promptly.

I’ve been a loyal customer with Eco Web Hosting for a long time. Whenever I have an issue and need to raise a ticket the support is always first class and resolved quickly and smoothly. Most recently had an issue with a dns resolver cache meaning an SSL cert was failing to issue. Fraser dealt with the issue swiftly and professionally and explained everything really well. I am a software developer but hosting and networking is my weakness... I would like to provide feedback regarding my interaction with Amal. I was asking for information that I had not yet been given, but the response I received came across as rude. The chat was opened without clearly providing the information I needed, which made the interaction confusing and uncomfortable. I believe a more respectful and helpful approach would improve communication and create a better working environment.

Great support, been with these guys from the beginning when Rob was doing tutorials on a learning site and giving free hosting for completion. I guess that’s how they started. Since then they have come a long way and been through quite a few changes and the guys that are there now are very technical and certainly know exactly what they are doing as well as providing first class support.
