Got it in a timely manner, but 1 of 3 gallons was busted and spilled everywhere.

I ordered 2 colors of paints to repaint 2 bird cages. Arrived quickly with no bent up cans. Will be ordering more for other projects as soon as the cages are painted. Thanks for a pet safe paint and good customer service!

Loved the actual paint swatches for the LIsa Tharp colors and wanted to take advantage of the $10 off for purchasing 3+, but no info on the emails I received - only asks for reviews and to take another look because I didn't make a purchase of paint yet. When I asked the chat last week they said they would have a person call me because they didn't know how a customer would indicate they were eligible for the $10 off, which in itself is surprising since it seems like such a basic thing. Worst of it is that nobody ever contacted me since! Makes me question the customer service of what otherwise seems like a very high quality produce. Very disappointed and nervous to move forward with my order. Not that $10 off a purchase of several hundred is significant, but the lack of responsiveness is concerning.

The paint arrived quickly, in exactly the right colors and it was a dream to apply. The coverage of the paint is excellent, the rooms we painted with ECOS paint look better than all of the other rooms in the house. And of greatest importance to me, the paints are safe and the smell is slight and not long lasting. We will be using ECOS paint in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Arrived very fast. The color looks a bit different than the paint swatch and my daughter doesn't like it, so we will probably try some others. I'm thankful to have the opportunity to try a sample before buying a large quantity.

Really good customer service and fast shipping. I ordered radiator paint, and it's a bit thinner than paint I'm used to - I'm sure that's because of the heat formulation.

We purchased the ECOS white wall primer for use in our bedroom. It worked great - it went on very smoothly and without issue with great coverage. My wife is very sensitive to odors and found this primer to be completely odor free - we slept in the room the same night the paint was applied. Definitely better than other primers we have used from other companies. ECOS will be our paint of choice for future projects.

I haven't used the paint sample yet but shipment was super fast! Seemed a bit over packaged for such a small sample but maybe that is to ensure it doesn’t break open in transit. So far happy!

I love using the Ecos brand of primer tinted in gray. The consistency of the primer is amazing and so easy to use!

Using these paints for a large mural in a smoothie shop. It’s hot and there are no fans - I absolutely love that I’m not stuck in a stuffy room with fumes for hours. There’s no odor from these paints.

Eco Paints always delivers their products in a timely maner.

Paint is great but painters are not even aware of it. Also fast shipping was too expensive. Smaller containers to try out should be cheaper. Unless price comes down and painters are made aware, mass adoption is not possible and we can all not be healthier.

The paint chips arrived very promptly. They're bigger than I expected, and the colors are lovely. I might buy some more.

I was happy to receive my paints so I could get to work on my projects. There is no odor and I'm happy to work with them around my kids. The website can be a little cumbersome. If you are looking for multiple colors you have to keep starting over with the search, and when you put them in your cart you won't be able to tell what colors they are because there is no swatch. But, its fantastic that they color match. I look forward to trying that so that I can my walls without moving out to a hotel from the fumes.

I bought some purple paint that won’t mix, you can see really dark purple and pink swirls in the paint no matter how long I mix. I emailed them right away when I found the problem. Then my wife called. Then I emailed again and chatted on their site.

They are blaming this is needing a primer on the wall. (Which I did, you can see the primer over the tape in the corners but it doesn’t matter because primer didn’t fix the various shades I had on the wall, pink to dark dark purple) so....now I get to waste all kinds of time filing complaints just to get my money back....which I definitely will.
