Been waiting for nearly two weeks for my order and still nothing.. emailed them twice asking but received no reply.. worst customer service ever and will definitely not use them again.

Still waiting. Worst of it is they use royal mail like its 1976. Looking at reviews it's not hopeful I will get my order. The shop isn't that far away anyway so I will get my money back

Ordered from them about 6 weeks ago and I haven't received my order. They just keep giving me the runaround and won't refund me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU

ordered two disposables (4000 puffs) which looked a good price. When they arrived one didn't work at all. the other started tasting awful after a day so nowhere near the 4000 puffs advertised. Emailed, called etc no answers. Finally got a reply stating no refund as too long to contact them (even though they didn't reply) and still within the 30 day returns window so not even following their own T&C's. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering as will never order form them again and really encourage you to go to more reputable companies.

My partner bought me Tito max 7000 which packed up almost immediately and they won't replace it, bought others and one started having a burning taste after a few uses, have returned them but they are not replacing them. Take it they have never heard of trading standards!!!! Awful service 🤬🤬

Was at first doubtful of whether they’d arrive however they provided regular updates, tracking and fast delivery. Also great as you don’t have to buy in bulk (compared to other websites). Will now buy regularly from here. I have seen other reviews where they have said it is a scam however I personally did not have a problem at all with it and would recommend to friends.

This company is a scam uses every tactic to steal your money

Ordered some disposable Vapes payed for 2-3 day postage that was 2 weeks ago still not turned up ecosmok are doing nothing about it
Orders some from Washington Vapes delivered next day

I am was ordering already from them maybe 5-7 times.... all my orders was coming over 7 days... but the last one came after 3 days,really make me surpriced. Thanks

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site. I ordered some pod refills and a week later I am still waiting for them. I have emailed a couple of time to be fobbed off with ‘they are on their way and the delay is with royal mail’ I chased it again today to be told they must have been lost in the post and they will send another order but in the next breath they advised they don’t have what I ordered so they will send something else. I asked for a refund and thankfully received one in full. Terrible customer service, unprofessional and I don’t believe they sent my order in the first place as they sold them to me even though they weren’t in stock. I can accept delays but there is nothing worse than being lied to and making excuses for shoddy service. I won’t be using them again

Sent me e juices that were 2 years out of date !!!, requested a refund and sent them back to them with the pre-paid label they provided, its been 5 days and still not received by them they say, i would not bother you will be wasting your money

Tested out this company as I am in the online vaping industry. Ordered on a Saturday. I was informed on the Sunday that it was dispatched Royal Mail 48. Didn't arrive until the Friday.
I emailed asking for a tracking number, but no reply. I certainly wont be using this online store again.
Good prices, but very slow service.

I would not recommend this shop at all. I have tried calling, sending emails and even used their instant chat to no avail. Order was never received despite it saying it was fulfilled. Avoid this company.

I order 11 vapes, I receive only 7 and some wrong items, I send them email. They ignore me, no one answer.. I just burned my money
