Excellent service from Maddie at the galleries ordered my bedroom furniture without any hassle very polite 10/10

Kim and Maddie at the galleries store were amazing. Only went in to window shop but the convinced me to buy a few of the beautiful things sold in store. Customer service is great. What lovely girls. Thank you 😊

I paid for my gatsby bed on 10th march said it would be 4 wks everytime they said they would deliver they didn't this went on a few weeks ,they sent bed it was wonky headboard so got back to them ,customer service was shocking they eventually said they would exchange it after the woman in shop got onto them again ,waited in a few more times at the date they said untill the woman in shop got back to them the night before the 2nd bed was due they emailed saying they would give me a date for a new 1 ,next morning the lads pulled up with bed ,it was still wonky and smaller headboard ,I seriously think it was a return off some1 else as the night before they didn't have it ,so after countless emails with no reply I got back onto the lass in shop and arranged again for them to come out today ,the lads have just left and headboard still a tiny bit out but I can live with that although the wings attached are loose and 1 of them not straight ontop of that they took the wood my husband put underneath to strengthen bed ,I honestly give up and have to get my husband to put more wood on plus have to drill the back to put the screws in that were left off ,after nearly 4 months it's an absolute joke ,got my daughter 1 as well the night before said didn't have the colour she ordered and the woman on customer service actually blamed her for picking that colour as it was so popular! Wanted her to have the grey instead she refused and had to sleep in mattress on floor for another 2 wks untill they delivered it ,the stress they have caused over a luxury bed is ridiculous I would not recommend anyone buying this bed ,absolutely shocking customer service ,and her attitude was shocking ,avoid

Where do I start these guys are fantastic. I recently won a competition they run on there social media a free mattress, I called at there gilesgate warehouse today to pick my mattress, the guys who looked after us where absolutely fantastic there customer service, expert recommendations and over all service from start to finish was absolutely amazing
I can’t wait to receive my mattress on Friday

We purchased the Paris corner sofa in November 2023 and dealt with the owner Mick, who couldn't do enough for us. He gave us lots of advice on the sofa etc and how it would suit my needs with having osteoarthritis.

In October 2024 both myself and my husband won a competition for a free mattress. We were told to speak to Jason the store manager. We explained that we'd both a matterss but would only take one. Again we explained that with my medical condition we'd need reasonably support, Unfortunately, he didn't seem interested in helping us choose, just showed us what we could pick from. Luckily, we picked the Cambridge and 2 days in it's comfy enough for us even if just temporary.

I still would have no hesitation in buying from Eco Sleep, just ask to see the owner Mick.

We went looking for sofas great choices and very friendly helpful staff. There mattress can't be beaten on price and so many styles. Highly recommend.

Bought a bed from the South Shields store tracey was very polite new excally what I needed. Stress free process and my bed is only taking 3 weeks. Will be recommending to family and friends.
