When meeting the team on install day it was really quick and efficient. Same day which was my biggest concern as i didn't want builders in for weeks on end. Ben and joel were fantastic. Couldn't be happier!

The whole process of the ecoshield being installed in my roof was conducted with efficiency & speed from start to finish.

Our initial contact was polite and not pushy in anyway. The survey was carried out promptly and due to a cancellation, the installation was carried out within a few days. The workmen/installers arrived on time, were polite and to the best of my knowledge have carried out the work as expected. The product looks strong and with a 25-year warranty should provide good additional insulation for as long as needed.

Initial meeting was very constructive and full of free advice. Description of work needed explained in plain language. Work carried out when scheduled and completed on time and very tidily. Two workmen were pleasant and cheerful.

Ben, the first contact, explained what needed doing very clearly. Ryan did the job and took lots of pictures to show us what he had done. Very professional and impressive. We thoroughly recommend this firm.

As one not normally to respond to cold callers in this instance we were in need of a check / replacement of our insulation and because of the politeness of the person calling decided to have the survey.
The inspection, survey and estimate was completed by Ben a few days later we then decided to have the work carried by EcoShield SW.
The installation team were excellent, polite, tidy and completed the job efficiently.

The surveyor explained things thoroughly. The installation team was polite, hardworking, thorough. They did an excellent job with little to no disruption to our day. They left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. This is a com pany I would recommend.

I wouldn’t normally deal with a cold call at the door but for once I chose to give EcoShield SW a chance, the loft survey and advice given was explained in a way that was understandable so agreed to have the recommendations done, the lads who came to do the work worked in a tidy and professional manner and happy to explain the work they carried out. Well worth giving them the work.

There was no pressure to have a loft insulation survey or to purchase their service. Good advice given throughout the process. The installation team were friendly and efficient in their work.
Really good to get rid of the glass fibre insulation knowing that it does not go to landfill. Best of all is going into the loft without having to wear protection against the fibre glass insulation.
The only hiccup was they forgot to bring a ladder to gain entry to the loft.

After searching for a local firm to come and give us some advice on our loft, I could not be happier with how EcoShield helped us. We haven’t lived in this property very long so just needed some information from an expert about how to make our home more efficient. Had a lovely chap knock my door offering a free loft survey. Don’t normally deal with people on the door but it was refreshing to speak to someone that wasn’t pushy and trying to sell anything. I Agreed to have the survey as I don’t have any idea how old the insulation is in the loft and I was made aware that if it was old and wet it could be causing issues with my roof/ felt so I thought it’s probably a good idea it gets checked. A lovely surveyor called Ben came in the afternoon and went up and checked it all and took some pictures to show me, the insulation was a bit discoloured but he reassured me it was doing the job and was dry and that there was no Condenation up there and the inside of my roof was good as well. He gave me some advice about how it All works and the reasons why they check it all which was great to know. Never once tried to make out like I had problems in my loft either. All round great Experiance. Thanks guys

From the moment the lad made the appointment all the way throughout the process this firm has been nothing but professional, as a single woman I was nervous about being lied too, they complete set me at ease, explained everything crystal clear and did an excellent job, thank you very much, and can I just add the after care is amazing.

We had our loft insulation completed by EcoShield. From the guy that knocked on our door to Ben the surveyor and the installation team, we faultless and very informative. The installation was quick and very professional and tidy. And we can already notice the difference.
