Shocking company
Shocking company. They cold called me over 50/60 times. I asked to be taken off the database and then they started calling 5 times a day. Still happening as i type. See 0161 , block them.

They came to me as eon next, they are not.
They came to me saying my eon next account was due to be renewed, I thought they were an eon agent, they are not, it’s not due until October, it’s May. The rate they quoted has an uplift that was not disclosed. They claimed they take a fee. They will not let me cancel the contract which is still within 14 days. I don’t trust them.

OK only as I feel I was tricked into making a decision , but it was my fault for not checking the date it was due, ,
They were polite and explained everything however I was told my contract was due for renewal, apparently It is not due until next year!!!! But you consider within 1 year means due!!!!
