Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care Arvostelua

Like any customer, I want my car service and repair shop to have qualified technicians, fair prices, and friendly staff. In addition, and just as important, I want to be confident in their honesty. Conrad's in Hudson has met all those requirements, and I will continue to be a repeat customer.

I requested information regarding the Power Steering Fluid exchange, specifically how it is done?

The people that work there are amazing. Had to get an expensive amount of work done and they did everything they could to give me good service and at a price I could afford. Will definitely re going back

I’ve used Conrad’s auto service several times and found them to be reliable and trustworthy.

They were honest and courteous. I will come back in the future for any car repair I have.

They were awesome great service and great price

Always kind and courteous! Always busy too!

Great experience as usual! Speedy repair of my tire, friendly service and great price!

Super friendly. Good tires at a good price.

Very patient and made sure the job was done right. Thank you!

I only go to Conrad's! They are so trustworthy and professional, and they never try to up sell.

Was easy to book a time online, and the work is always A-1

It was fast and easy to set up the appointment

Associates helpful and kept me informed. Service was done promptly.

I've never had an issue with Conrad's service; however, I'm withholding one star, because they are a little pricey. Not as bad as some competitors, but higher than others of comparable worth. Overall, I trust them to do a good job, and they're often able to get me in when I need it, which is important, because I usually have to wait for my car.

I received a confirmation for the appointment I booked online, but then was called by the store saying they couldn't accommodate me at the scheduled time. This is the second time this has happened to me (previously at another Conrad's location). Online scheduling seems pointless if it's not based on the actual availability of the location.

Don't know how the service is till Friday 8/2. See you then.

I came in for an oil change appointment at 11am and it was pretty busy so, I was understanding. I was there from 11am to around 3:20pm. Now I did ask if I should go home and come back but he said he would get me out as soon as they could. The time I waiting was not ok but they showed that they cared by apologizing and making sure I still left satisfied. oil change was free and even gave me free Mitchell ice cream coupons. I will come back to Conrad's but next time drop off and come back.

Quick and easy online scheduling. Loved the recent utilization of sending a quick video assessment text message of your vehicle so that you can see exactly what is ok and/or what needs to be repaired. I have been coming to this Westpark location for years and have always received great service, detailed response to my questions and never been made to feel "clueless" as a woman with no mechanical background, lol. Ed was great today, excellent customer service.
