This is Conrad's definition of a "good" job and a "new" unused tire is a joke. They didn't even put a new valve stem on it. I have never felt this sick about getting tires in 22 years of driving. My f... Näytä lisää

10/10 service!
Exceptional customer service as usual! Friendly greeting. Made me feel comfortable. Expedited service. I liked the video inspection sent to me as I could share this with my spouse since he wasn't there. No sale pressures. 10/10 service! Definitely recommend!

I scheduled my appointment for 2:00 pm
I scheduled my appointment for 2:00 pm. I dropped off my truck at 1:00 pm. I went to purchase two tires, left front had a screw in it and a new spare. I was the absolute last service of the day, did not get my truck back until 6:00 pm when the store closed. Two tires. I believe it's because I was not spending a lot of money. I am a repeat customer, I've been to this store a few times before. I can remember this happening at least one time before. I decided I will look for someplace else the next time I need service.
