The book guides you from start to finish on how to deal with account suspensions or blocked ASINs. You will understand how amazon thinks and what it expects from a POA, then it puts you to work, you will go into detective mode to investigate the problem (amazon won't tell you) and take corrective actions, you will see that redaction is the last thing you do.
A must-read for any serious amazon seller.

Amazon recently suspended my account and required me to provide a Plan of Action.
As I had never written such a plan, I was confused what exactly they wanted from me.

I ordered Scott's book on Amazon, read it, and followed the advice exactly. It was a quick read and easy to follow. Was full of really good advice as well. Because of his advice I was able to conduct research that helped me discover the real reason Amazon suspended my account (sourcing and replying to issues in a timely manner). Got it taken care of the first try after reading it. I'd recommend his book to anyone needing to complete a POA.
