I suggest you do not buy from this company. I bought a $1500 scooter back in November by the end of December. The display stopped working then the battery even if the key is out beep nonstop and I was afraid it was gonna catch on fire in my car so I called to complain and after weeks of emails and weeks of complaining the end of April, they agreed to send me another one. I had that one three weeks and it doesn’t work. The battery will not charge. The display never worked as soon as I got the new one. The display never worked, but I wasn’t gonna call and complain. I was just grateful that they sent a working scooter, but it only lasted three weeks. So now I have a new scooter that I can’t even use. I tried to get them to send me a new battery. The first person said they would then they sent me a text telling me that the battery cost too much and I would have to pay for it. I went crazy, but if I don’t have a battery, I can’t use a scooter so it’s crazy not to have a battery so now they sent me a notice. Tell me they would reimburse me $70 if I paid $200 for the battery I went crazy again and now they’re saying they will reimburse me $100 but I have to buy the $200 battery first and pay for shipping which would be probably $100. Who knows at this point. I just don’t think that’s good. Business practice are very ethical for this company to make somebody that has a scooter less than a year for the first one not to work and now for the second one for three weeks and it did not work. This company needs to do better.

ell a product instead of junk I bought one and it only stayed charged for 10 minutes so I called them and they said tough luck so I wrote an honest review about what a sorry product it was as they would not make it good. Then I received an email from them and they said if I would delete the review they would send me another piece of junk now the battery is bad on this one. I didn't know at the time they only sold junk. please be aware that the MS02 IS JUNK

I received my MS02Plus yesterday.. it is absolutely beautiful. I would like more information on the extended warranty. If a lithium battery should ever become available I would definitely be interested in that as well. This scooter is my 1st mobile scooter. I think I made a great choice. The MS02 plus is the perfect scooter and definitely needs more advertising exposure, and more online videos. It’s packed with features that matter little easy intuitive controls that just make sense, LED lights, USB charging port, front storage, rear basket, waking stick holder, 1”x1” accessory connector, adjustable tiller, 360 turning seat, adjustable seat height, adjustable arms, and it’s aesthetically stunning. I seriously can’t thank you enough for thinking about everything.
Although my husband doesn’t need a mobility scooter.. he also thinks this is a fantastic looking scooter…. I may have t get him his own.. so I can have mine 😂😂😂.

Spent extra for fast delivery. Never got it when they said I would. Wouldn't reimburse me for shipping. Now I'm still waiting for the item. Never again

I see in the company literature battery distances of 15 miles, 20 miles and 30 miles. I paid an extra $100 for the battery upgrade. My battery only takes me 8km. The Company gladly sent me a second battery, so now I can go 16km before charging. That is still short of expectation.
Both the steering column and seating column are rickety and cant be tightened. This is unnerving.

Buyers Beware - DO NOT BUY from this company. They are the worst! I have had the worse experience with your company. I have trying to return this Ecomobi mobility scooter for weeks and have emailed twice and no response to return with mailing label. Ni supervisor to speak too when I call 1-800 number. I need to tell potential customer don’t buy from this company. They do not support. I want my money back.

Ecomobi is a great company to deal with. The scooter I received exceeds all my expectations. It has plenty of power and speed and the battery performs as stated. I did have a small problem with shipping. I contacted them and they rectified the issue right away. They also have contacted me after the sale to ensure I am satisfied with everything. I am now able to walk my dog around both the yard and neighborhood and couldn’t be happier. Thank you and if you need a scooter I highly recommend this company!

The scooter are great but the customer service is beyond exceptional. Any issue that came up over purchasing over 3 of their scooters were handled immediately.

We bought a scooter from them, and it died while at Epcot with less than 15 miles on it. They wouldn't provide a full refund for a defective product. If I could leave a zero star, I would

I purchased my scooter August 2025, I am a busy college student who is now in my final semester of school. My scooter starts making a load knocking noise. Then we notice one wheel is not turning in the back while the other is trying to go forward. It’s stalling so bad. I’m leaving my class and attempt to go up ramp and it literally stalls and speeds down ramp throwing my to ground. It has not been 5 months since I purchased it. The quote were so high to fix it so I ask them to send a replacement. I can’t get to my classes and missing school Iam supposed to graduate in May. They send me a resolution of sending me a motor and $200. I live in California who will fix it for $200? I feel like they prey on us disabled people. There is no way you can tell me that these scooters are made to last only 5 months. I’ve overcome so much to work towards my degree for it to become undone by a 5 month old mobility scooter whose motor went out. I have limited mobile so there is no way I can walk to my classes on campus. I can’t believe the lack of compassion, lack of responsibility, and lack of empathy for selling products like this to people. It was supposed to get me across the commencement stage now I’m trapped home in bed and missing classes, still waiting on a resolution.

Although my entire order has not arrived yet and my spare battery ordered had a malfunction, the company was receptive to correcting the issues and the main scooter arrived very quickly and intact.
