Cells always arrive at a good storage voltage, cells are well packaged, & the vast majority of the time, orders arrive within 24 hours.

Great Quality Batteries!
I bought 4 Panasonic NCR18650BD 3200mAh batteries, which I tested and do come out at the nominal capacity (3180 on the tester) which i was very pleased with. Its nice to be able to by from somewhere and trust the cells are genuine, unlike the crap you can get at some sites. Delivery was quick and well priced, so great service overall. (Oh, and the batteries did come in protective plastic cases, safety first)

Missing items from order
I've ordered from this shop multiple times and have generally been happy with the quality and price of the products I've received, however in my last order which included a box of 4 AA Lithium batteries, I've received a box with only 2 batteries and the other half of it empty. Either the box has been opened before, or the factory shorted them, but in either case I'm the one with products I paid for missing. I've sent an email which has been left unanswered for over a week, and I've tried calling their number a dozen of times to a "we're not here right now" recording. The form on their website just throws a CAPTCHA error. I have not found a way to contact any form of customer support to ask for the batteries I'm missing.

Poor (no) customer service
I contacted Ecolux for confirmation of the replacement battery I needed. I received a reply requesting more information which I promptly sent. I had no response, and numerous unanswered telephone calls and email chases later I gave up and purchased the battery since I was about 90% confident. It arrived, charged fine, and is now fitted and in use. Hopefully all good there. But only 3 stars as if you know your lithium batteries you are probably going to be fine with this company but if, like me, you are unfamiliar and need help, it seems you are out of luck.

Easy to select your required item,very good description of item ,full information on the item as size,voltage, amperage.All battery's come in a cade for safe travel and storage. I will choose Ecolux for my battery needs. Excellent service and support.
