Terrible quality and bad communication.
I bought what I thought was 2500 dog poo bags, not only did I receive only 100 but they are without a doubt the worst I’ve ever used. Every single one pops open down the side seams, every time. I tried to contact the company 3 times and never heard back.

Hello Georgina, thank you for this update and I am sorry that firstly you have not had a good experience of our products or customer service. I have checked our records and inboxes and can only see your orders from February and May. In May you ordered 100 bags.
We are very keen to understand your issue and have emailed you directly to revisit. These particular bags are provided to Councils and we use over 500,000 monthly and have not had any batch issues so we are keen to identify your issue. Thank you for flagging this problem.
Avoid. 3/4 order missing no customer service
3/4 of my order missing and not even able to email company and definitely no telephone number to speak directly with company. Advise anyone to stay clear of this company.

I hope you have enjoyed the products and that you have also received additional stock in compensation for inconvenience caused.
Non existent customer service
My first order and a £10 item was missing. The phone number just cuts out, no response or acknowledgement to my email or fbook message. Products that came seem good and was hoping to use them regularly but no customer service at all. Just silence, so won’t be using them again. I note another review about missing items on here. They probably need to improve their picking and packing as well.

Hi, we are a small family business that has grown rapidly and somethings have been a bit rocky at times. I can't see your email and so cannot comment on your order experience. We have now outsourced packing and we do have a new office number. With everthing growing and changing there are a lot of spinning plates. Reviews are important to us, as is good customer service is to our customers. We hope that we are now doing better and will continue to improve with the support of our customers. Missing items, but rectified wonderfully
Their products were what I expected, and were delivered with care. However, I ordered 3 bamboo toothbrushes, 2 and 2 were missing. I called up their number, and they were very apologetic and polite on the phone. I received an email from what I assume is the manager, and she was very prompt in responding and was polite. They send the missing items along with an extra one, and it arrived within 48 hours of calling. A nice company with good customer service :))

Eco Green Living bio food wrap
I bought bio food wrap. This is a good idea; selling a no-plastic food wrap in a cardboard box but unfortunately, I have found the product unusable. The wrap is so thin it tears too easily and unevenly. After only one use, it is coming off in thin strips only; there is no way I can get a roll-wide piece again. I shall have to throw it away.
